Bedroom features queen size bed, living room leather sectional and sitting room a futon couch that can be folded out into a full size bed. The cottage is located in a prime Delray Beach area, NE of the Atlantic avenue, only 10 min walk to the famous Ave, featuring restaurants, shops and exciting nightlife.

Amazing location! Didn't need to use my car at all - walked to the downtown Ave, beach, grocery stores, etc. Very clean property and exactly as advertised.

Great location!

This was a great place to enjoy Delray! It was the perfect location and close to everything. We had one issue not it was taken care of immediately. I was very impressed with how quickly it was handled, like 5 min. We will definitely go back!

Great location, middling place

This place was probably once a motel. Its advantage is the location in a charming neighbourhood close to downtown. Otherwise it was a disappointment. Two pillows and one blanket. What if you brought someone to stay on the couch? Noisy air conditioner in the bedroom. No soap provided, forget shampoo or coffee. It is the nare minimum.

I am sorry you didn’t find your stay satisfactory enough. We always provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel it’s our standard package of hotel style shampoos. Extra bedding is always available if and when requested. No “this place” as you have called it was never a motel. It’s a unique, full of character apartment building that is located in the best neighborhood of Delray Beach

Disappointed & Not Worth the Money

The location was the only saving grace since we needed to be downtown, but overall, this stay was a big disappointment and absolutely not worth the money. We even added an extra day, yet they wouldn’t allow an early check-in. On top of that, the front door lock wasn’t working properly, and despite reaching out, there was no response—forcing me to be late to an event.The space itself had several issues. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned (hair on the shower wall that wasn’t ours), and there were no extra trash bags or toilet paper if we ran out. The hard flooring throughout made it feel uncomfortable—adding a rug would help. Also, the lack of a TV in the bedroom was frustrating.If you’re traveling with dogs, be aware there’s very little grass around, and the gates don’t stay closed, which was another challenge. With all these issues, I expected much better for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review for your two night stay. I am sorry if you thought our place didn’t meet your expectations. I am also sorry that you didn’t know how to use a lock and when I immediately responded to your message you failed to respond back to me later claiming that I didn’t respond. We take pride in our cleaning and all places are cleaned throughout. There are plenty of street greenery to walk dogs and we do not encourage walking pets on the property as well as it is not allowed. We also do not advertise as a gated community which we are not. We always leave one extra trash bag which is inside the trash can and extra toilet paper. We do not have rugs due to being key friendly and rugs would be and have been ruined by pets. I wish you good luck in your future travels and hope you find something that suits your taste better.
