This cozy house is located right off highway 76 & 65 making it a perfect base for exploring the entire city. Food & the shops in historic downtown one block away. The Branson Landing & Lake Taneycomo are 4 blocks away-less than half a mile. 3 blocks to the Convention Center. With easy access to highway 65, 76, 248, Roark Valley Rd, & all the colored routes-you are just minutes from everything else around town. — THE SPACE — Private access to the upstairs of house in downtown Branson. 3 bedrooms, each with their own tv and closet/wardrobe for hanging clothes. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, dining table, full refrigerator, and many options to make coffee/tea. Fully stocked bathroom. Living room with 58inch TV, board games, and puzzles. Outside deck with table and chairs. BBQ grill. For a full list of amenities check out the amenities section on the listing page. The downstairs is additional rental space that will be empty during your stay. To rent the house as a 4 bedroom with the downstairs, check out my other listing. — NEIGHBORHOOD — Food and shopping within a couple hundred feet. Walking distance to the shops in historic downtown, Branson Landing, and lake taneycomo. CVS Pharmacy, 24 hour gas station, and multiple fast food chain restaurants less than half a mile away. Right off highway 76 and highway 65. Short drive to West, North, or South side of town. — PARKING — There is a driveway in the front with 3 parking spaces, the driveway is long(28+ft) so more cars can be parked if needed.

No smoking inside but I do have ashtrays outside. NO PETS! Do not move furniture. Must climb stairs.

This property was perfect for the four us giving us our own rooms for sleeping. The location was great as well. Close to so many downtown shops and eateries.

This was a great spot within walking distance to downtown and the landing. The space was very clean and welcoming, even had some games, toys and books. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Branson!

I've stayed here before, and would stay here again! The property is in the PERFECT spot for so many things, and is beautifully walkable if you want to meander downtown or to Branson Landing. LOVE IT!

Just perfect for a Branson weekend!

Everything was just perfect - great amenities, best location right near Branson Cafe and Branson Landing, great parking, and they even left us some waters and snacks out!

Clean, cool and easy access to Branson

Great value for the property! We had a great stay! The AC was cool, the beds were comfortable and the property was so clean! Very quiet and just a few blocks from everything downtown. We had everything we needed to make breakfast and the shower had great water pressure and stayed at the temperature I wanted.

My mom and I stayed together and were very pleased with our experience. We noticed how clean every space was. Great attention was given to detail to make the home feel cozy and inviting. The location was absolutely perfect- one block away from the cute Downtown area of Branson and few streets away from Branson Landing. We will definitely be staying at this location in the future!

Easy Walk

Thank you so much Dylan! This place is great to stay if you want to be close to the Landing - you could walk to it if you wanted. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy and shower is huge! We were in town to see family who needed rides to events (they can’t drive themselves), so being in an affordable place that was close to them and to the town where events took place was just what we needed. We loved having our own rental after busy days, it was cozy and also felt like you could have your own space for quiet time when you closed your bedroom door. The kitchen is small but that worked for us as we hardly had meals at the place. Also not too high up the stairs if you need to bring in lots of luggage. Just super grateful for this place. Thanks again Dylan!

Great Place

We really enjoyed are stay at this rental! The location was great being just a few minutes off the highway. Also being downtown it was in walking distance to excellent coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown shopping. The kitchen was well equipped which helped with family meals, and the owner was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect, especially for a family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect for walking over to Main street or down to the landing as well as quick access to the highway. The multiple spacious bedrooms was great for spreading out our littles for bedtime and naps. And the amenities from the dishes to the comfy bedding to the games and puzzles were wonderful. It has a very cozy feel and we would definitely stay here again. It will certainly add value to any Branson trip.

The overall experience was great! It was sooo HOT, but the space was a perfect respite from the heat. We were a little concerned with the neighbors across the street always having their door open, but never had an issue. It was a little "spidery" on the side deck, but we survived! Lol. Very nice all around though.

Overall very clean and met all of our needs. The hot water heater is not large enough for more than a couple showers but overall everything was exactly as described. Bedrooms were very nice and linens appropriate for the cool winter nights. And within walking distance of the landing area.

4th of July in Branson

We had an amazing time on our 1st visit to Branson. The location of the rental is very convenient secluded, yet in walking distance to shops, food and the Landing. The teens liked being able to go see things w/o having us on their hip. It is a 5-10 min drive to see main attractions depending on traffic. Our host was amazing and a quick call away. The house was supplied with clean fresh linen and everything you need to cook with and a variety of seasonings. Bedrooms were nice size w/ comfortable beds. Living room and kitchen were small but perfect for our family of 6. Whenever we come again we will surely book again.

Too Short

Unbelievably clean, great location, and had everything we needed! I am a bit germ a phobe and tend to always feel the need to clean before being able to feel comfortable when I stay somewhere. Not here! I could smell Clorox faintly when we first checked in, all the dishes, silverware, cups, etc. were clean. Even the back of the TVs were dusted. I admit I don’t even do that regularly at home. We will definitely return. We had a great time winding down at the game diner (within walking distance) one of the nights after a busy day of seeing sights.
