The perfect getaway stay

Absolutely loved our stay at Poker Face. Can’t recommend it enough — clean, beautifully decorated and breathtaking views. Great communication and easy check-in/check-out. A true gem!

Great place!

Beautiful condo next to the pool in a great location. Just be ware you need to take everything for the stay, including toilet paper
 I would be happy to pay a little more to have the needed amenities.

Excellent location. Beautiful pool 5 steps from your private patio. Beach is very easy to access

Rented for golf outing with friends who live nearby. Pool was lovely. Unit layout is better than photos. Much larger than it appears.

Just Right

Terra 13 is a fantastic property. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The check-in was quick and easy. Underground parking and secure. I felt like we had our own private pool that was just a few steps from the front door and beach access was just as easy. The condo had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Location location location!!

A little more attention to the small details would make this property a 5+ stay. Little things like a change or two of towels, more supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. Also, having a host to check you in onsite to explain where things are, how they work etc. These seem like small things but are truly the difference between a 3/4 and a 5 star stay. The unit is beautiful. The location is perfect. The people working the gate etc are outstanding.

Two star property

Rental was in poor condition. They didn’t have our reservation when we arrived. Furniture and all linens were stained. No amenities, restaurants or bikes as mentioned in the listing. Pool was large and beds were comfortable, but if it wasn’t just a stopover before our other rental was ready we would have changed our plans afte we arrived.

This was a good location, a bit further than we had originally thought. The safe did not open, we requested a new safe and it did not arrive until the day we left. We misunderstood that there was a washer/dryer. We managed and found a laundromat in Paradise Village. The property Manager ,other than not getting the safe was good.

Location great but..

The location of this condo was great. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was not. One couch, towels and bedding were stained. The property manager did take and return the laundry from the previous stay a few days after we arrived, and did buy us two small kitchen towels. There was no provision of bedding to change sheets during our stay, and we had a total of 3 towels for us to use until our property manager brought clean laundry. Considering the price we paid for this rental, we expected much more. We purchased a number of items to use in the kitchen. At least there were some frying pans to use. The condo could be 5 stars with some invested funds and TLC. I don’t think I would ever rent from this management company again. I specifically e mailed them to ask if there was a washer and drier, since none were on the pictures. They assured me they had been installed recently and the pictures hadn’t been updated. No washer and dryer
their excuse..it was a typing error. They refused to offer a laundry service or compensation. We also asked for some cushions for our outdoor chairs, since they were very uncomfortable. Our stay was 5 weeks and that was our only table. They refused our request. As I stated, the rental for 5 weeks was not a small amount. We all expected much better for the rent charged, both in accommodation and management. There were other issues, with the barbecue (no fuel and rusted out anyway) and the safe finally installed (a week later).

Great stay, less than 100 meters to the beach. Private pool was very warm (like a bath) and great for the kids to splash around in. Kitchen is now fully stocked with everything you may need and more (previous reviews noted the lack of essentials). The boogie boards in the closet were a nice surprise. We got a ton of use out of them. 10/10 I would come back.You’re at the beach right on the waterline, so just remember to cover the drains to keep that smell away. Super easy and very comfortable. The beach was beautiful as well. Thanks for the spot!
