Please take a look at this awesome unit in the Versalles area. Newly furnished, comfy and cozy filled space. The building is in a walkable area surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores. The rooftop is very chic and fun with panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. The building also has a great first floor Italian restaurant as well as plenty of safe street parking. 7 minute walk to Los Tules beach.

Very Nice!

We just love the Versalles area and this condo is in a great location. Nice and quiet. You can see the mountains and the ocean from the balcony and pool area, we were even able to see whales from the pool deck. (Bring binoculars!) Condo had everything we seemed to need or want. Would love to come back!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed the access to food (several taco stands within 2 blocks) and activities near the building. The property has an onsite security guard 24/7 and they were super friendly with our young large family. We really enjoyed the pool on the roof as it was a great temperature, had great views, and wasn’t crowded. Our daily routine was to go to the pool in the evening to enjoy the sunset. The beach was a 5 minute walk and easy to access. All in all it was a wonderful trip that we can’t stop talking about.

Everything was perfect the location and the apartment is very clean . I highly recommend this apartment and the view from the pool is incredible. A lot of restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the apartment.

The most memorable staycation

Exactly what I want out of a VRBO property. Location, accessibility, and comfort! Love this place.. Fantastic huge heated rooftop pool... Great restaurant on the main floor... Fully outfitted kitchen... In the Versalles neighborhood surrounded by cafes and restaurants.. Totally safe to walk around with friendly locals and tourists.. and walk to the beach! I'll be back!!

Utopian Peace

I was looking for a tranquil spot to reflect on life after some significant changes, and I found exactly what I needed here. A big thank you to the owner for creating such a perfect retreat. The comfort was unparalleled, the views from the pool were breathtaking, and every detail was thoughtfully attended to—from the calming lavender scent to the incredibly cozy bed pillows. This place felt incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived.

Accuracy with extras.

This place? Gorgeous. It completely exceeded my expectations. It was ready earlier than expected, and I was greeted by someone who not only showed me around this gorgeous abode, but also took the time to introduce me to other rentals in the area for a longer stay. Honestly, I felt like I made a new friend. Not something you expect when booking a short stay.The house was spotless, cozy, and beautifully put together. The kitchen? Fully loaded. Plates, pans, gadgets. If I had wanted to throw a dinner party, I could’ve. The view was stunning. Everything I needed like shops, restaurants, fresh fruit, and a good walk was right nearby.I felt completely safe, which is always top of my list. But let’s be real. It’s not a quiet little hideaway. The cobblestone streets and those motorbikes love to make an entrance. It's part of the local soundtrack, and if you’re into charm with a little hum of life, you’ll be just fine.I ended up booking a longer stay at another property before I even left, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend if you want comfort, beauty, and a little soul with your stay! It will not disappoint.
