Hi and welcome to our homes away from home. We call them our homes from home, because to us thatâs what they are, homes that our guests can relax, be comfortable in and enjoy.
We want your stay to be as effortless as possible right from booking. We are a small family run business, and when we setup of Symphony we did it with the aim of creating the kind properties for our guests that weâd be proud to live in ourselves â our homes away from home.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
The apartment is located 5 minutesâ walk to Leamington Spa centre in a leafy residential area and just 10 mins walk from the train station. A handy corner shop is 2 minutesâ walk away, with large Sainsburyâs and Lidl supermarkets less than 5 minutesâ drive away.
Living / dining Space
Finished and furnished to a high standard throughout, the apartment has a large bright and airy living /dining room which is the heart of the apartment and a great space for dining and spending time together. Leading from the living space are double doors, opening on to the car park courtyard. Luxuriously furnished the living space has dining for 5, a large corner sofa-bed, coffee table, a reading lamp. Thereâs also full access to an included Netflix subscription through the wall mounted 40âł smart TV, which also boasts FreeView channels and as apps such as YouTube, BBC iPlayer, All4 and the ITV Hub.
Kitchen
The kitchen benefits from ample storage and cupboard space, cooker with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Weâve also included a Tassimo machine along with a selection of coffee and teas pods for you to enjoy. There
will be milk in the fridge ready for that first cuppa waiting for your arrival.
Bedroom One
A hotel quality superking size bed with each side having their own beside table and lamps. In this room youâll also find the hairdryer and a wooden clothing rail. The beds can be separated to make two singles upon request.
Bedroom Two
Another hotel quality superking size bed. Each has a bedside table and lamp and there is wooden clothing rail for storage
Living / dining Space
