Ocean Walk W-14 is a 2-bedroom St. Simons vacation rental where the pools are warm, the pier is walkable, and the car keys get a break. Perfect size and location for us as a couple for a weekend.

The condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. It had a beautiful view of the duck pond and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing.

Pleasant easy walk to the pier/village. Quick drive (or 20-minute walk) to the beach. Nice quiet community that has great amenities for family and is very dog friendly. In fact the town of St Simons Island in March/April is the most dog friendly place we’ve ever vacationed. That was great because we had our neurotic dog with us and his presence didn’t cause any issues with dining out, enjoying the village, or spending full days at the beach. The fit and finish inside our unit (W14) was basic builder grade, and the bathrooms in particular could benefit from updates for the price point. But the location is excellent, beds were comfortable, and everything was in working order. Would stay at Ocean Walk again.

We love ocean walk and stay there often but this is by far our favorite condo! The location and view of the pond is perfect. We love the updated interior and comfy patio furniture The location being right beside the small pool is perfect! Can't wait to return.

Well-maintained and very quiet

Other than an issue with bed linens, which was dealt with promptly, it was a very quiet, relaxing, clean property to stay at. The Internet unfortunately, was weak and intermittent.

Beautiful getaway

We stayed here for 2 weeks! Everything was as described! Walking distance to pier with lots of shade and beautiful foliage to enjoy! Very quiet for the amount of units💙. Love that! No issues with parking at all close to unit! We had everything we needed to cook with! Unit was very clean and well kept!!! Swimming pool is very close and deck has view of duck pond for morning coffee and watching ducks and turtles!! Loved it‼️‼️. We will be back for sure

Positive: location 5-7 min drive to all the main things (although it is a 25 min. VERY HOT WALK to the beach or the village pier), space, kitchen appliance availability, #of mirrors, lighting/lamps, TV’s, table & balcony seating - all excellent for a party of 6! The main sofa was clean and comfy and so were the mattresses! The host management company was also good at responding to messages fast. Fell short: dirty food crusted pot holders, dingy bath towels, extra bedding was stained (basically the bedding and towels need a full replacement), kitchen sink sprayer had black mold growing out of it. Kitchenware was dirty, tiny black bugs in both bathrooms and all over the kitchen counter, closets were cluttered with disorganized broken or left over outdated home decor, I had to clean to every dish, pot & pan I needed & purchase disinfectant with ammonia to clean the counters and deter the little black bugs . All cookware I used was greasy, or crusted with food, only the master closet had space for bags and shoes, the others needed actual rearranging to be made usable by a rental resident. Bread was left behind in a cabinet. This left me with an annoyed icky feeling. The A/C did work well but w/o ceiling fans it failed to cool rooms evenly. The master bathroom had a useful but flimsy toiletry cabinet not safety mounted to the wall & both shower handles came away from the wall. With only 4 busy beach days I didn’t stay long enough to complain but I would not return to this unit

We had a great stay at this condo. The location was excellent. It is close to the pier, several beaches, and shopping, which made everything very convenient. The unit was clean and well maintained, and check-in was simple and hassle-free.The property itself is beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the view from the deck overlooking the pond with ducks. Having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms made it very comfortable for our stay, and being right next to the pool was an added bonus.Overall, it was a relaxing and easy stay in a great spot. Would definitely consider staying here again.
