This clean, quiet 1 bedroom condominium is nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. It is easily accessible since it is on the ground level and has a nice grassy area outside the screened in patio.
The beach decor will make you think you hear the ocean waves. T building is close to the tennis courts, lake, pool, and clubhouse.
This unit has a nice king size bed, full tub/shower combination. Unit is well maintained and is tucked away in a quiet area of the complex.
At Ocean Walk you can spend a day lounging in two great pools, taking on an invigorating game of tennis, and fishing in the stocked lake. Maybe a stroll to the Pier Village for some shopping or a day of biking the almost 20 miles of bike paths around the island is what you have in mind. Either way, you will not be disappointed! Book your vacation today.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the air conditionIng thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.

Cozy and Quiet- and Location!

Really nice, quiet, perfectly located condo within walking distance of Pier Village. The complex is also really cool- a duck pond, two pools, tennis, and a fitness center! This unit is at the quietest corner of all of it! And the bed is SO comfortable!

Perfect Getaway

The location of this property was perfect! Just a short walk to the pier and a very short drive to East Beach. We arrived on the island early and were able to check in early which was wonderful. The host had very timely responses and was so nice! We really enjoyed our stay

My 84 year old Mama and I stayed for 3 nights. She fell in love with the screened back porch. Theresa was a BIG help to me when I had a flat tire on Mallory Street. Very appreciative for her assistance. Wonderful stay.

Father’s Day Getaway

Visiting SSI for a quick and easy Fathers Day getaway. The property was exactly as listed. We had a minor problem with the lock, but messaged the lister and got an immediate response. The property is clean and well stocked.

Good location

Oir stay was good, the location was good. The communication with the property owner was terrible. We booked our stay 2 months in advance and never received any communication until two days before. This was only after went called VRBO. When we arrived, we couldn't find the unit and sent a message with no response. We finally found it. There is no electronic lock, only a key lock box, not sure who still uses these.

Family vacation

My fiancé, our 2 year old son and dog had an amazing time staying here. We really enjoyed the screened in porch out back and it was so quiet. The kiddie pool was a major hit for our son as well as the ducks by the pond. Everything worked as it should and there was no problems with any amenities while we were there. We will be returning next year!

Great place to stay!

The whole process of booking was very easy. The property was very nice and easily accessible. Instructions were very clear on how to get into the condo and what to do upon checkout. The condo was well kept and was very clean upon arrival. Great location in reference to the village and the beaches. Highly recommended condo to rent. Great experience!
