Accommodates up to 6 guests in this 705 sqft Oceanfront Queen Condo -Located in the Palmetto Tower. As you enter the rcondo youll have a private bedroom off the main hallway with two queen beds and access to your full bath with Jacuzzi. The dining room and full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher and washer/dryer. The living room comes with a queen size sofa bed and wall murphy bed so you can easily turn this room into a separate sleeping area great for families with children. This room also comes with 2 TVs and 2 DVD players, as well as free wireless internet.
Dunes Village Resort is consistently ranked one of the Top Family Friendly resorts in Myrtle Beach. It’s got an amazing private location in the residential section of the Grand Strand with plenty of places within a quick drive. I wouldn’t recommend this property! My only positive comment I can leave is the view of the ocean.

Good room

This is a good room. The sofa bed was uncomfortable but the other beds were fine and the furnishings and appliances were well kept. We enjoyed our stay. Note: this resort has changed their cleaning policy. I don’t want to be too critical here since I know that staff shortages and higher prices are becoming the new norm, but just be aware that they do not perform room service in the customary way, (or in the same way as they did last year.) We asked for clean sheet halfway through our stay and they said they could only provided clean sheets but we’d need to make the beds ourselves. (The beds, when we arrived, were clean but the tops and sides were backwards on two of the three beds, which we did not mention because it seemed petty but given the whole situation it seemed worthwhile to mention here.) Cleaning staff were very polite and asked what else they could do and we requested that they clean the bathroom and sweep the floors. They only swept the floor and did not clean the bathroom. We are not too picky and the room itself was well-kept to the lack of attention we’d hoped for midway our weeklong stay wasn’t a huge deal but I’d recommend bringing your own bathroom/surfaces cleaning supplies and don’t expect the customary turning down of the beds that they used to provide. Hot tubs were lukewarm.

Nice Vacation

Property was nice. Room was nice. Wish there was an outside slide, bc that is where the kids wanted to be all the time and adults wanted to be outside. Overall great time. Would recommend.

First family vacation

This was our first vacation as a family! It was the perfect place located right on the beach not far from the local downtown restaurants. There was something for everyone. An outdoor bar plus 2 water parks with daily activities for the kids!

The property is exactly as the pictures represent it to be and the view from the room was picture perfect. So much to do in the resort itself. Would recommend for anyone with or without children!

The condo was decent. The bathroom could use a little work and had chipping tile and rust in places. However, the access to the beach, the water parks, and other things that were included were great!

Great stay for Myrtle Beach

For a Myrtle beach hotel, this was a great place to stay! The kitchen had enough supplies for you to manage! Easily can accommodate a small family with plenty of room. The mattresses were not the greatest but all the beds had new linen!

What I seen

The place was fine fir the price I paid the door would make a horrible noise when the wind blew and I reported it no one came to fix it my phone wouldn't work no one came to fix it I had 2 beds with no covers went to get em all I got was 1 blanket they said that's all they had and found a large bug on the balcony it looked like a water bug or something like that and one got in the the room my teen got a video of it I enjoyed my vacation I just didn't enjoy the room

Overall great stay

Very family friendly. The hotel is outdated and the check in was a bit strange since it turns out it was the manager who booked this so it was a normal hotel booking instead of someone’s actual home. The cleaning service didn’t come though which was a pain with the sand. Beautiful view and great location. We walked everywhere! Beach was clean and perfect for what we were looking for!

Great Resort

I adore this resort to take family and by myself Only problem we had on this trip was the light in bathroom had a loud knock that maintenance could not figure out Sleep was tough for me and my daughter. Kids were in front and wore out so they slept. I recorded and let maintenance listen I believe they may have figured it out hopefully before next guests arrive. Other than that issue, I loved our New Year Day trip
