Relaxing and quiet lake front cottage on Clear Lake, located adjacent to the Soda Bay hot springs. The private deck, dock offers an excellent panoramic view which is perfect for bird watching and taking in the beautiful evening sunsets. It’s also a fisherman’s paradise. Don’t forget your pole. The area is also fantastic for kayaking and paddle boarding in your backyard. We have two kayaks available that we offer to our guests. Wine taste in the Red Hills Ava which is known for their Cabernet Sauvignon or hike at the Clearlake State Park.

Loved the view and fenced in dock. It was comfortable and great for our dog to get to sit outside safely. If it was not raining, we would have sat outside every chance possible. But we enjoyed the view indoors too! We also loved how little light pollution there was so we cold enjoy the stars at night. Want a quiet and peaceful place to stay? This is the place for you!

we love this cottage

Surprisingly tucked away near the shore- fun, clean place, which is a great getaway. It’s so pleasant with the amazing view of Clearlake and the Hills to the north.
This was around 9:30 last night. Just gorgeous.
we saw a lot of fish being caught right across from our little dock. There is a small warm spring island that must attract them.

Perfect Spot for a Fishing Getaway!

We loved our stay here! The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. One of the highlights was being able to fish right off the deck we caught plenty of fish and had a blast doing it! The house had everything we needed and everyone in our group was comfortable throughout the trip. If you're looking for a relaxing spot with great fishing and a place to unwind, this is it. We'd definitely come back!

Cute and scenic

The house is cute and the view from the back deck is beautiful! We used the kayaks to paddle around the little islands and check out the springs just in front of the house. My husband and daughter caught fish right off the dock. Our dog was very happy there as well, however we did use a tie out cable because the fence isnt very tall and i didnt want him roaming the neighborhood. It was a perfect place for our lake trip!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cute, clean cottage . Beautiful location with all the comforts of home. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and responsive to questions. The fenced in yard was nice for our dogs to play end the views were gorgeous. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunning views of Soda Bay

We came into town for our friends Labor Day party and were able to rent this amazing cottage right on the water. The views from the back deck are absolutely gorgeous! House a very spacious lay out with two good sized bathrooms and a really nice kitchen. We were able to BBQ dinner one night while taking in the lake views. Will hopefully stay here again in the future!

Great for stargazing!

My spouse and I wanted to stay in this area to stargaze with our basic telescope. The cottage has a beautiful view of the sky. A couple of bowls in the cupboard has been put away without being cleaned first, but our stay was otherwise great. Nicole was very responsive and kind.
