Spacious three bedroom, two full bathroom ranch. Master with king bed and fireplace, smart TV and daybed with trundle. A second large bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds (sleeping four). A third large bedroom with king bed, daybed and trundle (sleeping four). Full kitchen and eating area with slider to beautiful, private backyard. Easily access the Tart trail to ride bikes to restaurants and beaches. Firepit and yard games, plentiful parking.

This property was so cute and perfect for our girlfriend’s weekend. Check in and especially check out we’re so easy. It was in a great location close to the water and lots of things to do.

The house was awesome and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to stores/ restaurants. Loved the back yard as well. We did a big group dinner outside.

Beautiful yard and plenty of space

Our time here was absolutely wonderful - we had 10 gals for a bachelorette party and everybody had a bed! Kitchen was extremely well stocked, big bowls, pots and pans, even a whisk! The yard was beautiful and spacious. Highly recommend for a group.

Nice little get away

This is an excellent property to have some time to relax and be centrally located to do activities in the area. Enjoyed a nice spot to have a fire at the end of the day.

Great location

Close to all of the great things to do in Traverse City. Older home but well kept. Stocked kitchen if you wish to cook. Allowed an early check-in which was appreciated.

Post-Ragnar recovery weekend

Our family did the ragnar road from Muskegon to traverse city. This property was perfect for our group of twelve to relax and enjoy the beach, the TART trail with plenty of room to congregate inside and out. We just stayed two nights - but enjoyed every minute. We will try to return again with the family.

Amazing property for any time of year!

We came for a New Years Eve trip with a group of friends and we could not have had a better time! This rental is a short drive to downtown and close to convenience stores & restaurants. The property was gorgeous - exactly what we were looking for. The home owner was kind and communicated details well in advanced. It was a cozy “up north”cottage vibe! We would love to return!

Family vacation exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes area

It was a good house for the 9 of us. Located within 45-60 min of all the places you want to visit. Very clean! Outdoor fire pit was nice to use on cool nights. We used the outdoor picnic/patio each morning for coffee/breakfast & planning the day. The only mildly negative thing to say would be there are not sufficient window coverings for privacy & to help keep early morning light out for those (kids especially) wanting to sleep in a bit. Some windows have no covering. Overall pleased with our stay!

Loved this cute cabin! Far enough removed to where you feel very up north, but still close enough to everything, including downtown. Well worth the price tag, especially considering other properties were way less nice for way more .

Great cottage stay

We had 7 people stay in the cottage. It fit us perfectly. The location was great for getting to all of the places we typically visit while up north. It is definitely a cottage so if you are expecting everything to be brand new, it is not that but it is cozy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great Family location

Stayed for a week and house and location worked perfect for us. Central to many family friendly fun activities. Visited the wineries, sleeping bear dunes, torch lake, and the beach on day trips - also got in a couple hours at the casino with the adults. Perfect location for all of that. Back yard was a good for bags and bon fires.

Traverse City Week

The property was perfect for part of our family that stayed there. 4 adults and children 2 to 6 years old. The house was clean with a well equipped kitchen ( only thing missing was a cookie sheet and pot holders) It was great to have washer/dryer in the house and the host provided several bikes to ride the near by trails. Back yard was great for kids to run and burn off energy and also had a fire pit enjoyed by all. I would definitely rent this house again
