This was a perfect rental for our family! We had our daughter, son in law, grandson and our dog for a “way too short” 4 day weekend in TC. I was bringing my bass boat and had more than enough room to navigate and park with our kids using our other car.The home has is very nicely furnished, comfortable, and very spacious. The kitchen is very easy to work in, a great dinner table for 5-6, and the living room is NOT crowded by any means.The back yard has a fenced area for your “puppy” and the neighborhood is very easy to walk your dog as well.With the location at 72/31 it is such an easy access to Meijer, the beaches, downtown TC, a great park up in Yuba on the beach, and Elk Rapids.We will be making our stays at least week long trips in the future, but this place is gonna be our “Go To” everyone summer up here.

TC gem

It is a very comity house, in a quiet street. It is close to Meier’s, McDonald’s and the beach. Also there are lots of choices of restaurants, water activities and cherry picking. It felt like home. Thank you

Far enough to be quiet - close enough to get to stuff easily

Very nice place. Very nice location. The only possible improvements would be a cutting board and broom/dust pan, and that is a pretty mild critique. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect House & Location

This property was perfect for our weekend fall getaway. The house was so clean and nice. The mattresses were new and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee, and the location was quiet and close to everything. The host, David, responded quickly to our concerns about parking our 20-foot enclosed trailer on the property. So, if you bring a trailer or multiple cars, the parking area is large and accommodating. We had no problem backing the trailer in, even when we arrived after dark the first night. Bonus: A large dog crate is provided. My husband and I will definitely consider this rental again on our next Up North trip!

Great Home Close to Grand Traverse

Wonderful property! It was close to Traverse City, Grand Traverse and Torch Lake. The owner worked well with us as our employer was paying for three nights and we wanted to add two additional nights privately. The home was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, washing tablets and coffee. The rooms all had nice fans for white notice or extra cooling. My only suggestion would be to replace the shower head as it was not really strong and place a window covering over the bathroom window. Another suggestion is there is a small courtyard. It would be neat to maybe fill it with sand or other landscaping material and place a natural gas fire pit and chairs so you could gather outside. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely rent again if coming into the area

Summer 2024

This was the perfect home for our family. It was so clean and they provided all we needed. You can tell they really try to make comfort a top priority with the quality of bed linens, towels, blankets. It was a great location, just about 10 minutes to elk rapids for downtown shops/restaurants/beach. We truly appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

Acme house

Very clean, cute house. Great location. Just a couple of miles from Traverse City. Only about 2 blocks from a small public park and beach right on the East Bay that was practically deserted and had wonderful sunsets.

perfect stay for first time to Michigan

We came to Michigan to compete at the Traverse City Horse show and the house was perfect for us. It was a short 5 minute drive to the horse show, conveniently near a giant grocery store, and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room in driveway for our truck. The house was clean and updated and the property manager was quick to respond to our questions.
