KBM Resorts is proud to present Nordic Retreat, a large private home located in the Nordic Village, a Lower Deer Valley subdivision that is 1 mile from Deer Valleys Snow Park Village. This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath luxury retreat is decorated with European touches, featuring hardwood floors throughout. Curl up on the sofa with a good book and a blanket next to the stone wood-burning Fireplace in the living room or watch your favorite sports show on the large flat screen television. There is a second living area with a Gas Fireplace, giving your entire group plenty of space for relaxation. After an active day, hiking, golfing, biking or skiing/boarding, soothe your weary muscles in the private hot tub, surrounded by aspen and pine trees.

Within this 3,700-square-foot residence, your Family will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The town house sleeps 10 in beds, 11 with sofa sleeper. Access Snow Park with ease by using the complimentary Deer Valley Ski Shuttle, winter only.

Kitchen: You'll enjoy all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. A beautifully crafted wood dining table seats 6 with additional kitchen bar seating.

Living: Continue into the main living area which has numerous seating options for your entire group to gather around for a game or movie night. Sit back and enjoy the stone encased wood-burning Fireplace, which adds warmth and a romantic mood to the room, under high ceilings and stately exposed wood beams.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the top floor features a king-size bed and access to the deck. The en-suite master bathroom has a separate shower and tub.

Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom is on the next level down and features a queen-size bed.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located on the floor below the top level and features two twin-size beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full size bathroom complete with shower and tub.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located on the floor by the 2nd Family room and has two twin-size beds. The shared bathroom has a step in shower. The bathroom is shared between bedroom 4 and the 2nd Family room.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom is located on the lower level of the house and has a built-in twin-size bunk bed. There is also a sofa sleeper, sofa sleeper not to exceed 70lbs. A full-size bathroom is located on this level with a Walk-in shower. There is an additional guest half-bathroom on the main level by the kitchen and the main living room.

Cooling: The residence does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided.

Parking: The residence has an attached one-car garage with an additional parking space on the driveway.

Location: Nordic Retreat is located in lower Deer Valley, is 1.5 miles from Downtown Park City and 1 mile from Deer Valleys Snow Park Village. A FREE city-wide Shuttle stops nearby for Easy access to all local Resorts, Utah Olympic Park, downtown Park City, the Park City Golf Course, local shopping and the greater Park City area.
