Our family had a fantastic week at this perfect location in Brewster. You can easily walk to Ellis beach or to the rail trail entrance, and shops and restaurants are all so close. The home was very clean and has everything you need for a family to enjoy a great vacation!

Perfect Brewster house for our family of 5 (11, 8 and 5 years old) plus our dog Kona! Close to all the places we wanted to go, plus walking distance to a great beach!! Even bigger than it looks in the pictures, we all had plenty of space. House has all things you would want for a great week!! Would definitely rent again

Beautiful house; great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having the rail trail and the beach just a short walk away was a huge plus. We also really enjoyed the back yard -- whether sitting at the table with coffee in the morning, lounging on the hammock, or grilling dinner. Highly recommend!

Lovely home

The owner made this vacation stress free with a beautiful home walking distance to the beach and bike path and by including linens, towels etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Brewster

Awesome location! House was spacious, plenty of room to be comfortable with a family of 4. Nice yard for kids to play. Close to bike trail and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood close to eateries and the beach. Both the owner and the property manager were pleasant to deal with and very responsive to our questions and needs. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in a vacation rental on the Cape.

Great house in Brewster

Enjoyed a week at this great house in Brewster. Easy access to the Rail Trail, beach, and town. Nice backyard and deck and well stocked kitchen. Would love to come back next year!

Great Cape Cod rental

This house was great for our vacation. It was so clean. Perfect for 2 families with younger children. Location was convenient to beaches, restaurants and surrounding towns for shopping. Walking distance to Ellis Landing Beach.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was in a fantastic location—just an easy walk to a quiet, peaceful beach that quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was also within walking distance of a great spot for dinner and ice cream, which made evenings so easy and enjoyable.Our kids (ages 15 and 8) had an absolute blast playing cornhole and giant yard Yahtzee in the spacious backyard. It was the perfect setup for family fun without ever feeling crowded.Inside, the home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The beds and couches were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The parents could relax in one area while the kids had their own space, which made for a truly relaxing vacation.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway!

A perfect week in Brewster

This home had everything we needed! We loved the location and the easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail where we spent endless hours biking and running. We were a short drive to some of our favorite breakfast and lunch places and were able to walk/bike to Ellis Landing Beach. The house was spotless and the backyard was a quiet oasis.

When your kids still want to vacation with you!

Great house for our family! We have 3 kids - ages 20-25 plus 2 of their friends and dog. This was a perfect house! They loved Ellis Landing Beach and being able to walk to things. We also liked visiting other towns so location to do this was ideal. We would stay again and recommend others to do so too!

Cape Vacation

We had a great time at Joseph’s house! The house was spit spot clean and neat. It included all the items we needed for the week, towels, sheets, and the kitchen was stocked perfectly. We only ate out 2 times. It was the perfect location, right on the bike trail and accessible to beach, dining, and mini golf. Thanks for letting us stay at your property!

Fabulous Family getaway

Our stay in this lovely Brewster home was wonderful. The owner was responsive, the house was close to everything, and included all you needed for a beach vacation. It was great to be in a house that included sheets, beach towels and towels to shower. Kitchen was well equipped, air conditioning in bedrooms worked well and back deck is a great place to sit in the evening. I love an outdoor shower, I do wish it was enclosed. :) My young adult children, husband and I would stay again for sure.

Location! Location! Location!

We stay in Brewster every year and always want to be in a location near the trails and beaches. This home checked both boxes. The bike trail was just down the street you don't even have to go onto the Main Street to get to it. The house was very clean and well equipped! Great back porch and sun room. I would highly recommend it ! Also the communication with the host was wonderful!

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We truly enjoyed our stay at Joseph’s home. It’s clean and spacious, well stocked with all the necessities and in a perfect location. You can walk to the bay beach, local shops & restaurants. Joseph was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. We had a couple of minor needs that required the assistance of the property manager, who was responsive and gracious, as well. The outdoor deck has a large table with an umbrella and great for outdoor dining. There’s also a quaint sitting area in the front yard. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s access to the bike trail at the end of the road. There is a laundry room, with a big washer and dryer that allowed us to keep up with our laundry during the week. Another bonus is the open, outdoor shower that helped us clean up after the beach before entering the house.l. Thank you, Joseph, for a great stay!

Beautiful home / Excellent location

Joseph and Pam, were wonderful hosts and they have an beautiful home situated just minutes from Ellis Landing beach, across the street from Ocean Edge Resort and within a few hundred yards of the Cape Cod Rail Biking Trail. The house is spacious and has a nice backyard with outdoor shower and fire pit. We would recommend this home to other guests.

Our family loved staying here for our end-of-summer getaway. Walked to the beach, walked/biked to coffee, smoothies, and the bike trail. Big back deck was perfect for dinner and the yard was the right size hanging out and playing Cornhole. Enough room for all of us inside, too! Loved our time in this wonderful Cape — on the Cape!

Beautiful, well-cared for home in great location!

This is a proper house, not a tired, old cottage like so many other Cape Cod rentals. Amazing location -- walking distance to beach, restaurants, spa, golf, book store, & more. The house is super clean and tastefully decorated. The large, beautiful, backyard has a great deck, new outdoor furniture & grill, and a fire pit. We had a wonderful time & hope to return next summer.
