Living room has one queen size bed + one twin size bed that sleeps 3 people. Bedroom has one queen size bed that sleeps 2 people. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people.

Located right across the street from Ocean Edge Resort and Ellis Landing Beach!

Had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate and had anything you could possibly need. Location was great - right on 6A but set back so was extremely quiet. I would definitely recommend this home to any Cape visitor. Great choice!

We had such a great weekend in this adorable Brewster cottage! It was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen and dining area downstairs were perfect, and the upstairs bedroom and daybeds were so cozy. Great spot for exploring the Cape — we’d definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cottage was spotless, decorated beautifully, with a great ocean vibe. Everything was thoughtfully arranged- it truly flet like Home Away from Home. The location couldn't be better. Just a short walk away from a family friendly beach, we were able to run down and explore the flats early in the morning. Low tide was a completely new experience. Being that close to the beach meant spontaneous strolls any time of day. The beach itself was peaceful and never crowded.The property felt very private, with its own entrance and plenty of space, which make the experience even more relaxing. If you're looking for a truly specail and beautiful place to stay, look no further. We're already excited to return.

The property was perfect for our vacation. Everything was better than described in the listing. Great Cape Cod Bay beaches, shopping, and restaurants are close by. We were very thankful we could bring our dog and our small bird along with us. Very clean and modern, with every amenity one would need, including a washer and dryer. All you need to do is pack your bag and arrive - everything else you need (except food and drink) is here for you. Can’t wait to do it again next year! Thanks for having us!

Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely nice furnishings, everything you need and more. The cottage is private with a great location. Directly across the street from Ocean Edge Mansion where we had breakfast on the Terrace. Walked to the Snowy Owl for coffee. Good communication with homeowners. Will definitely check availability for future Cape trips.

Clean and centralized stay on Cape Cod

The home provides a quiet stay in Brewster.My husband and I enjoyed the central location to all of our favorite places with an almost direct access to the Cape Cod rail trail and Nickerson State Park.The Cape Cod National Seashore is a quick drive from the property. The property was extremely clean and well taken care of.

Spring week in Brewster

My stay at the cottage was literally perfect. I needed to get some time by myself out on the Cape to catch up on life, create some art work, some reading, and some exploring. The cottage was in excellent shape and I had no issues, it was centrally located to all that I was hoping to do on my quiet week away.

Nice gateway from busy city

My husband, our baby, and I had a wonderful time staying at this cottage. The environment is refreshing, and the space is clean and updated, providing everything we need for a comfortable stay. We visited during an off-peak season, which allowed us to enjoy a peaceful getaway.The beach is just a 15-minute walk away, so we took leisurely strolls and enjoyed the tranquility of the almost empty shore. I would love to return someday.

Cape cod escape

This was the perfect place for my husband and I and our two sons to celebrate a family wedding at ocean edge resort. We were closer to the wedding than some people who stayed at the resort itself, and there was plenty of space for all. Thank you!!

Great place to stay for a weekend of events at Ocean’s Edge. Apartment was very clean and included everything we needed. Host communication/directions were clear and easy to follow. Overall very happy with this rental!

Really cute and convenient

The cottage was bigger than I expected, which was nice. It is cute and airy and has stuff you’ll need like paper towels, slippers, coffee, etc. The location is very convenient, on Main Street close to the beaches, restaurants, and cool shops. The entrance is kind of hidden, which makes it nice and private feeling. The only thing is there wasn’t enough towels and washcloths provided for the 3 of us for the length of our stay, so you might need to bring some of your own. The other thing was that, with the change in weather, bugs were sneaking in so hopefully the host will spray, if not you might want to bring a little pet-safe bug spray. But overall it was a lovely place and a fun stay.

Amazing Property

This house was very clean and had plenty of space for us. Nice kitchen area and very nice updated bathroom. The location is phenomenal, easy walk to the beach, snowy owl coffee, town, etc. Host gave very clear instructions and the whole stay was perfect! Highly recommend!

Needed extra bed while some of family at ocean edge. Worked perfectly with quiet spot across the street from ocean edge. Modern renovated space. No living room hanging space but we didn’t need that. Queen bed in bedroom w a door and two twins in upstairs common area. Good communication.

Wonderful stay in Brewster

My husband and I stayed in this charming apartment for 5 days during our vacation in Brewster. It was just as pictured -- clean, peaceful, private, and in a perfect location for exploring the rest of the Cape. We would happily stay here again, and recommend this apartment highly to others!

Escape to the Cottage!

I was so happy to find this cottage! It was very easy to book and communication from the host was clear and timely. The pictures are very accurate, when we arrived it was just as expected! You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the design and special touches. It was quiet and private, and not at all damp or musky which is hard to find on the Cape! It was very easy to hop on our bikes and ride to breakfast, bike trails, the beach, etc. The bonuses were the full-size laundry machines and being pet friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful and quiet

Just perfect and what was needed. It is certainly quiet, situated off to the side of the main road. Overall, it looks like this is new construction so everything was in good condition and I had no issues during my stay. Everything is clearly labeled and straightforward to locate. The location is fantastic as it is walking distance to a few places as well as the beach.

Charming!

Set back from the main road, this rental has exceptional charm. Quick responses from owner were appreciated. We were on the go and mostly only "home" to sleep but definitely appreciated the convenience of the location and the welcoming decor. We recommend Chillingsworth for cocktails btw!
