Enjoy nightly live entertainment, and the numerous restaurants and shops.
Welcome to your ideally located, private oasis, home away from home.... in The Villages! This Villa is centrally located and easily accessible to Spanish Springs and Brownwood town squares.

This home is a 2 bed 2 bath courtyard Villa. Master suite includes a comfortable King size bed, walk in closet and ensuite with walk in shower. The guest suite can be closed off with a sliding door to provide your guest with privacy in the guest bedroom with a queen bed and guest bath. The kitchen includes all of you cooking and serving needs. The Living room has comfortable leather furniture including a recliner to enjoy the full cable package on the 65" smart TV where you can also enjoy all of your favorite shows on your favorite Apps. The Lanai overlooks your fully enclosed private courtyard oasis, where you will hear the swaying of the palm trees and watch the birds in the bird bath. All linens, including bath towels, pool towels, kitchen towels, sheets and blankets are provided.
The use of all of The Villages amenities, including free golf on the 40 executive golf courses, (golfing on the 12 Championship golf courses requires and additional fee), use of all of the pools located throughout The Villages (the closest pool is just a short stroll away), pickleball, tennis, clubs and activities are available to you with the purchase of the Temporary Resident ID's that costs $50/2 guests and is purchased from The Villages upon your arrival. Once you have obtained the Temporary Resident ID's, you can obtain free guest passes for your guests.

It was all good. The host kept in touch, asking a couple times if everything was OK. The place was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Close to sumpter square ( which we really enjoyed) Loved the golf cart experience!!!

Vacation Paradise

We just wrapped up an amazing vacation at this charming home, and we couldn't be happier with our stay! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean upon our arrival. It felt so welcoming, with all the thoughtful touches like a well-stocked kitchen and the beautiful decorated back yard.The location was absolutely perfect. We loved being able to drive the golf cart to the pool, restaurants and a grocery store.Thank you Lisa for the great experience!

Lisa has a great home located very near Lake Sumter Landing. Everything was clean and well organized. Golf cart is a great addition and was used regularly. All the information you needed was available and easy to understand.

This home is lovely, extraordinarily well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. The courtyard and Lanai are truly an escape. I could have moved in and stayed. Also, the cleanest home I have ever rented.

I loved staying in this home - very clean and well equipped. I really enjoyed the back yard and lanai. I spent a lot of time trying to take advantage of Village offerings. It was very nice to come "home". Hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful home. Very clean and the owner was so easy to work with. Had a great stay. Be sure to gas up the golf cart the evening before as the gas station is not open til after checkout the next day. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place

Never stayed at a rental, Lisa made it so easy for us Love the house, it has everything you need in it. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was very clean and well kept. I would recommend it to anyone. Very close to lake sumpter landing square. Very quiet house. The golf cart was so much fun to take to the close golf course and lake sumpter to just sit back and relax and listen to the music. The back lanai was very relaxing and peaceful at night listening to the frogs. Thanks Lisa for making our experience memorable.

Awesome property

Great place to stay! Loved the villa and the backyard is so peaceful. The villa is close to Lake Sumter and the neighborhood pool. I would highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This was our first trip to The Villages and we had an awesome time. The courtyard home was exceptional. It is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite part of the property was the sweet little backyard that we needed for our pooch--the landscape was beautiful and made it feel tropical. The location was better than expected--so close to Lake Sumpter landing by golfcar, bicycle or car. Lisa was an exceptional and very accommodating host. She has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Lisa! We will plan on being back again.

This is a lovely extremely clean and well stocked home. The yard is awesome. Close to the town center. Everything is supplied for a perfect vacation, even a golf cart. We plan to return in the spring.

Stay In Stillwater Villas

The property was well maintained and comfortable. The master bedroom is well-sized. The second bedroom was a bit small, but the bed was extremely comfortable. Instructions from the owner were clear and the owner was extremely accommodating. We very much enjoyed both the property and its location within walking distance of Lake Sumpter Landing.

Enjoyed our stay at The Oasis

The house is beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. I loved sitting on the lanai, enjoying the view of the pretty fenced in garden which our dogs were safe to explore. We appreciated being able to bring our furry companions on vacation. When making the reservation, I was a little wary of how clean a dog friendly rental would be, but the house is spotlessly clean and fresh, not a bad odor or dog hair to be found. You would not know a dog ever stepped foot inside. The linen closet has a nice couch cover which we used. We brought doggy beds but our dogs decided they liked sleeping on the couch. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We didn’t use the 2nd bedroom and kept that door closed. The kitchen is fully stocked. The owner has created an instruction binder that provides a wealth of information on The Villages. The owner was accessible if we needed her. I needed help once and she texted me back promptly.
