Beautiful Condo at the Springs By Cool Properties

Welcome to another beautiful, newly-remodeled condominium by Cool Properties LLC. Located in the Springs Condominiums, this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, is less than a mile away from the Casa Blanca Casino and minutes away from the Virgin River and Eureka Casinos.
Enjoy your stay with us by visiting one of the many premier restaurants, taking time for a massage, or enjoying any one of the 7 world class golf courses. We hope that you'll chose Cool Properties in Mesquite for your vacation.
The Springs is quiet and clean neighborhood with wide streets and immaculate landscaping. The clubhouse is directly across the street. You can access the heated pool and hot tub by walking to the side of the clubhouse and holding the fob near the gate latch. The exercise gym is accessed by holding the fob near the door to the clubhouse.
Jensen Trails Park is across the street to the back of the condo and has playground equipment for kids to play as well as a dog park for your pet.
Parking is easy and convenient. You may park in the garage, which is on the far left, or in the driveway directly in front of the garage. You may also park in the spaces in the circle. No parking is permitted overnight on the street.

So relaxing & enjoyable

This condo is extremely nice & relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. Mark was friendly & easy to contact when I had questions. Thanks for the very nice place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone.

Great Stay in Mesquite!

We had a great experience at the property. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. We particularly appreciated the washer and dryer facilities which helped us with our laundry needs.I recommend communicating the time difference between Mesquite and St. George to golfers in future. It's not your responsibility of course, however it's a nice tip because we did get caught out having tee times in St. George too. Fortunately a frost delay bailed us out I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family in the future.Lancaster

Great place/Minimal Amenities

We had a great one night stay in this condo. The pool is close and there is a park right by the condo. It was limited on basic amenities. There were no plates or cups that my kids could use. The fridge and freezer were completely bare. We were also unable to find a blanket to use while we watched TV. Overall the host was very responsive and it was a great stay.

Awesome property!

Great location and easy access to pool and hot tub! Condo itself is very modern, clean and trendy. Slept great! Neighbors were friendly and we found a fun walking path! We’d rent this again!

Excellent property!

We had a great experience. The communication from the manager was very prompt and professional. The place was VERY clean and tastefully decorated. There was an extreme heat wave at the time of our stay and the house remained very comfortably air conditioned. Really happy with this experience.

Everything in this condo has been recently remodeled. From the floors, to the ceiling, to the toaster, everything is new and freshly painted.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This condo is absolutely my favorite! I love the modern design and the total luxurious feel of this place. The clean lines, subtle color scheme, and spaciousness make for a very relaxing stay. It's close to golfing and gambling and 3 great national parks.
