This clean and cozy 2 bed, 1 bath floor level unit is minutes from I-90 and 5 miles from Bozeman Airport. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a good night sleep. We make sure to maintain an extremely clean unit and disinfect after each and every stay. Premium bedding, smart tv, wifi, high speed internet, and coffee/tea bar are only a few of our many amenities. This unit is the perfect base camp for a small family or couples looking to visit the Gallatin Valley.

My friend and I went on her Bach trip/girls trip! This place was such a cute place to stay! A good distance away from Bozeman so we were still able to do everything we wanted to do but feel like we were able to relax! It was such a fun time!

This condo is quite cozy. It’s decorated nicely, extremely clean and very comfortable. It is well stocked with all essentials plus it’s located in a ‘close to everything’ and quiet neighborhood.We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the River Rock Condo and would stay here again.

Comfortable stay in a nicely furnished apartment

Nicely furnished comfortable apartment that is close to town and the MSU campus. Very easy to check in and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

My Dad and I stayed a week to visit family. The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us! We loved the local community and park where in the mornings and afternoons we walked around the beautiful pond! I would highly recommend this stay :)

These units are very clean and comfortable. They are simple, but contain most of what you need for preparing meals and staying a while. The owner is quick to respond to questions. Over all, our experience was very good.

Cozy, clean and comfortable

Enjoyed my stay at the condo. It was clean and exactly what was posted online. Owners were quick to respond, and easy to work with. Was out of the way from what I wanted, but that was only because I didn’t do my research properly! Would stay again!

Nice Stay For Small Family!

The unit was conveniently located and just what we expected. The only need we found was the need for lighter weight blankets. Only heavy comforters were on hand. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time visiting my son in Bozeman. This property is further from Bozeman than I expected. Limited cooking supplies available. It was quite clean but minimalist.

Hi Donna, we have a full set of pots, pans, cooking oil, and utensils stocked in the kitchen. Suggestions on items we didn't have would be great. Also, we have very clear details in our listing about distances to popular locations in the valley. Our unit is only 13 miles to Bozeman.

Bring your own toaster. Any spots on sheets you will be charged for another set.

Would rent again. Pay extra fee for washer and dryer. We did well worth it. Also ok with sheet charge.

Overall Great

Very clean unit with nice beds and bedding. Location was convenient as we were going back and forth to MSU. The ad has washer and dryer listed but does not mention it is behind a locked door that you have to request a code to access and then pay a small fee to use... while it is not a huge deal... it is misleading and seems silly. Bathroom towel supply does not include wash cloths (seemed odd) but did supply black make up towels.. maybe assuming we would use those as wash clothes?! The kitchen supplies are very minimal. Only one large bowl for serving.. .making full meals would be tough at best (no measuring cups etc). Overall the cleanliness made up for the small inconveniences.

Hi Michelle, we do list that laundry access is available for a small fee in our listing. This allows us to keep our daily rate low for those who do not want access to the laundry. For $7 we give unlimited access and provide detergent. Also, yes we only provide black wash cloths. They provide the same purpose and material as white wash cloths, but do not stain when they come in contact with makeup.

This was a nice, though sparse condo. I was surprised that there was a charge to use the washer/dryer, as I have never encountered that before. I was also surprised to find that there was no second lock on the entry door, we didn’t like that anyone with a code could potentially enter while we were occupying the space. Unfortunately, my children were disappointed to learn that the picture showing the “exterior” of the complex was actually not anywhere on the property and that we did not have access to a pool as shown. I did appreciate that there were box fans available as the unit does not have AC and we were visiting during a hot spell. Overall, it felt more “hotel” like and less “home”.

Everything was very clean, great location, just as described in the listing. The only thing I would recommend for anyone staying - if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. The floors are pretty thin and when the upstairs neighbors are walking around, talking, and opening/closing doors, especially in the middle of the night, it can get pretty loud. Obviously the owners have no control over this, and it was really only an issue one night, but if you have trouble sleeping you should keep it in mind. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Very clean, and comfortable condo!!!!

The condo was Very Clean and Beds were amazingly comfortable! It is very well decorated and has everything you might need for a short stay including coffee! We loved the restaurant suggestions the owner sent us. It cooled down every night and air conditioning was never needed. We would stay at the condo any time we are in Montana!!

Great little condo

If you can't get a place in Bozeman, this is a nice alternative. Condo is clean, a little off the freeway so it is quiet. Neighbirhood offers a great little lake to walk around or swim/float in. No toaster available and pretty bare bones for amenities but offers all the essentials. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location

The property was close to all the things we wanted to do in the Bozeman area. The downstairs unit remained pretty cool in the heat, so we didn't need the provided fans. Enough kitchen supplies to do basic cooking, but we mostly ate out. Owner very responsive to questions. I’d stay here again!

For us, the location was great - close to my brother. The condo is in a quad unit in an area of other quads. There are parks within 2 blocks to walk. I always felt safe, but the area is not "high-rent". Travis was GREAT. Awesome communicator and very attentive. The unit is clean and functionally - just a bit sparse. Limited dishes (4 of everything). Not much decor. Great if you are a minimalist. We would stay again. Price was great for the area.
