Coquina Cottage, Circa 1935, is a Tybee beach cottage recently restored decorated lovingly with an eclectic mix of fun, new furnishings, and rejuvenated vintage finds throughout the home. The adorable house nods to the past while offering a unique, charming beach vibe throughout the home. A Tybee cottage lover's dream come true.

The 2-story cottage has five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, room to sleep, and up to 12 guests. The first floor is home to the living area with large windows that bring tons of natural light. The living room features a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The adjoining dining room has ample seating for up to 10 and connects with the beautiful all-new kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and features all stainless steel appliances, and farm sink, and a vintage-style dining booth to enjoy a quick meal. The downstairs two bedrooms have a king-size bed and two twin beds - and share the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on the first floor is a powder room, half bathroom, and full-size washer and dryer.

The second floor is home to the remaining three bedrooms and a comfortable sitting area with a large flat-screen TV and a delightful screened porch for sipping iced tea on a warm summer's night. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, Bedroom 4 has a King size bed with a TV, and Bedroom 5 has 2 Twin beds. There are two full bathrooms on the second, the first with an all-new walk-in shower; the second has a vintage clawfoot tub with a shower.

This beautiful beach home is owned by New York Times bestselling author Mary Kay Andrews. Mary Kay Andrews finds thrift store finds and estate sale antiques that are lovingly restored and add to the eclectic beachy feel throughout the collection.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches
