We are locals to Savannah and booked this for our daughter’s wedding on the beach. Absolutely breath taking views of the park and oak trees. Quiet and secluded, yet convenient to the beach. The condo is equally as breath taking with high ceilings, natural light is exquisite, nice appliances, spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangements and lounging areas. The renovations of this WWII barrack was exceptionally done. We will definitely be staying again for a staycation!

Great property and value! Beautiful and clean inside and out. It was just a short walk to the beach. Being able to come back and relax at the outdoor heated pool was a huge perk. We would absolutely rebook if we’re in the area again.

Beautiful condo and great location

We loved the condo. It was so beautiful and clean and the location was even better. Short walk to the beach, the pool was wonderful and the park with a playground was our grandkids dream. The beds were comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in Tybee! The space was clean and bright. The shared pool was so warm and we enjoyed it every day - quick walk to the beach and beds were really comfortable! The host was incredibly accommodating to offer us an early check in and we were delighted to find white noise machines in each sleeping space. We hadn’t realized that the bunk beds and the single bed were not actually in a bedroom with a door but in a nook attached to an open living space. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would book again!

Loved the barracks for an extended family beach vacation! Highly recommend Paige, who delivered crib and beach toys and provided great local advice! We plan to return to this wonderful property. Rendezvous Properties was slow to respond a couple of times prior to arrival, but when they did respond, they allowed slightly earlier check in for a fee. We needed to arrive early for napping toddler.

Perfect location and setup for large group

We had a great time at the Barracks. Walking distance to the beach and Tybee Lighthouse. The house is spacious and the kitchen is a 10/10. Had a wonderful time!

Wonderful stay

We stayed with a group of girls for my best friends bachelorette weekend and the house was gorgeous! Exactly as photographed online property management was amazing! Very kind and available as we needed! Walking distance to the beach and wonderful pool on the property. Would definitely recommend!

Bachelorette Party Stay

The house was great and very clean. The only downfall is that it had a mild mildew smell in the bedrooms when we first arrived. The smell subsided after we turned the air on. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

The Barracks Were a Hit!

The property was fabulous. We had two families in our unit and there was plenty of space for everyone. We particularly loved the separation of space between the two different family rooms, ideal for splitting younger children and their play and the adults. A great location with a park and frisbee golf course right out the front door. A quick walk to the beach and lighthouse made everything very accessible. Great memories were made!

Great Stay at The Barracks

The Barracks exceeded our expectations and was exactly as portrayed on the website. The renovation job that was done on this property was superb. We stayed in the 5 bedroom unit but only had 2 couples staying in the house. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool was heated and beautiful. The location was perfect being right down the street from the lighthouse and within easy biking distance to everything on the island. We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay on Tybee. We will be back again with our kids and grandkids.

The Barracks was a great place to vacation. We stayed in #6. It was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was great to hangout when we didn’t want to walk down there. The property management was responsive and prompt when I needed them. Thank you!

We had a small family reunion and this space was perfect! So much room to spread out and the porch was magical! So close to the beach we could walk, and the teens loved having the park steps away AND the game room . The beds were comfy as well! We hope to return soon.
