Welcome to the Wandering Mermaid. Check out the new pool and outdoor sitting area with fire pit.

The kitchen has white granite counter tops with white/blue cabinets.
The dining area features a large farm house table that can seat 10 people. The living room continues the coastal vibe with 2 large couches and an oversized chair.

The master bedroom is an oasis with king bed, 13 ft ceilings and a quite seating area. The master bedroom closet is so large we stuck a full size bed in there if needed for extra guest. The kids room upstairs is adjacent to the master bedroom with full bed with twin over. The second king bedroom and queen bedroom are located on main floor and share a bathroom. Check out video with drone footing to get a birds eye view of the area.

There are several bikes available for guest use along with gas and charcoal grill. The grilling area downstairs has a sectional sofa and chair with a 6 person table along with a full outdoor bath.

We provide a starter kit of soaps, shampoos and paper products along with filters and coffee for a standard coffee pot. There is also a keurig. There is an IGA grocery on Tybee that is a short walk or bicycle ride from the house if you need additional supplies. Additional charge of $50 per night to heat pool October thru April 1st. This is a great vacation home! We had eight people and there was plenty of sleeping room for all of us. It is within walking distance to the beach, fishing, shopping, and restaurants. It is decorated so cute and has an ocean/beach vibe that is so cool that much of the time we just stayed on the property. Owners were always responsive and helpful as were the neighbors. Definitely recommend this property!

We had a great stay! The house had plenty of space! All the chairs on the deck and outdoor area made it so nice to enjoy the weather. The pool was great and the hosts were kind enough to get it warm enough for all to enjoy. The variety of bikes made for a great memory with all of us riding around the island together. Highly recommend!!

The home was perfect. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the place was decorated nicely and made you feel at home. The location was walkable to many shops, restaurants,and the beach.Can’t say enough about or hosts and the neighbors they were all fabulous and very accommodating. Definitely would go back again.

The listing photos do not do this house true justice, and it is decorated perfectly. Everything you need for the beach, pool etc.. you can find on the property. My family enjoyed all of the property especially the pool. The location is perfect (within two blocks of beach& town)we walked , biked and rode the golf cart everywhere. The only negative is that we messaged the host the day before our checkout to request staying an extra day and did not receive a response until the next day after we had checked out. The response was yes so it would have been nice to know that prior to packing up and leaving. Over all though it’s was wonderful stay!

Our family enjoyed this property so much. Beach walks in the morning, pool days and cycling nights made for a perfect escape from work! The bikes were a favorite feature. We can’t wait to return to Tybee again.

Communication with owner was the best! We had people arriving from four different areas. Two early arrivals were able to park at home before check in - late lunch parking was non-existent within two blocks of any restaurant. House was comfortable for our eight adults, toddler, and infant. Everything needed for cooking meals was available. Sofas and beds were very comfortable. Great outdoor space that easily accommodated all of us. Plenty of bikes! Also plenty of chairs and great beach wagons, although we didn’t utilize them - heat wave during our stay kept us on the property most of the time. Check in and checkout went without any hiccups. We would stay here again on any trip to Tybee!

Perfect house for family time.

We had a great time with our kids and grandkid's. The kids loved the pool and were in it every day. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The owners were very responsive when I reached out. The house was lovely. We would stay there again.

Perfect stay

We loved this home, super well maintained and close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and an easy drive into Savannah. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated everything from the beach towels to the comfortable living room. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was ample room for six adult adults.

Probably the absolute BEST house we have rented on Tybee so far! It was 2 blocks from town a 7 minute walk to the beach and came with bikes and a pool. The pool area included a gas grill, outdoor dining table, outside bar and a comfy sectional. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Would most definitely rent this house again. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Four of our 5 grandsons were there and they had a BLAST.

Family Vacation

Wonderful house and location on Tybee Island. We loved having bikes for the entire family at our disposal. We road them daily. We only used our rental car a couple times over 5 days. The host is very responsive.

Spring Break stay

Beautiful home, well decorated and very clean! Great location, walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Homeowners are kind and responsive. Pool was heated to a comfortable 80‱ and was the perfect size for our two kiddos! Would recommend for families with young kiddos!

Simply Amazing

This house was fantastic for our family of 5 (kiddos are 8, 6 and 4). The house was exactly as listed. The heated pool was amazing. Easy walking distance to south beach and all the restaurants and shops. The beach cart and all the toys/yard games there were a bonus. The owners were so hospitable and kind during check-in. We will 100% be back again next year!

Amazing home and located near everything

Didn't have to use out car for anything-everything was within walking distance and steps from the beach! The only thing was no full body mirrors, we are females and need to know how our whole body looks,lol. Other than that the house was amazing!!

Beach exploration

The property managers were very helpful. The house is as shown. It has a full kitchen with everything you need as well as fully signed for the beach. Along with the booked, it has a great beach wagon and amazing outdoor space. I will stay again!
