Gulf Island is a 1 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo with Bunks in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and the bunks in the hall are 2 twins size beds. This condo sleeps 6 and has been upgraded with granite counter tops, new stainless-steel appliances and new furniture. It is located on the third floor; we’re sorry there are no elevators. Gulf Island is right between the Gulf and the Sound. So, it’s a short walk to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the calmer waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. Enjoy the community pool with a large sundeck with plenty of loungers for you to use. If you need more action, you can rent jet-skis, kayaks, paddleboard, bikes or scooters. If you’d rather fish, Navarre Beach boasts the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. When it’s time to relax, the most stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound can be seen from your balcony and even more amazing sunsets. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and in the bedroom with free cable TV and wireless Internet. There are 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar for casual dining.
