After a day of sun and surf, cool off in the community pool or take an evening stroll down the private soundside pier to catch one of the area's famous sunsets.
This charming private townhome offers both front and back balconies and features all-new furnishings, fresh paint, and updated flooring—no carpeting throughout. Decorated in a fun and breezy beach theme, the main living area includes a sleeper sofa, dining for four in the great room, and additional seating for six in the well-equipped kitchen. A full bath with tub/shower combo is also located on this level for convenience.
Upstairs, the king-sized primary bedroom boasts its own private balcony. Down the hall, you’ll find a queen-sized bedroom, a full washer and dryer, and a second full bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a gas grill for outdoor cooking, a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off after beach time, and carport parking for two vehicles.
Your small pup is welcome with the owner’s permission and a $200 per pet fee. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Gulf beach.
Sandcastle’s community amenities include a pool (heated during winter months), a private soundside beach with a gazebo, and walkable access to restaurants, bars, and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico.
