This 3 bedroom beachfront townhome is the ultimate way to enjoy the beach while sitting next to your own bon fire ring! Watch dolphins and surfers while you BBQ. This is the sand level unit so you are assured unobstructed ocean views and enjoyment!


There is no street or sidewalk between you and the water! This 3-bedroom, 3 bath townhome is perfect for a family get-together. Located right on the water with its own sandy backyard

This beachfront townhome is the ultimate way to enjoy the beach while sitting on your private beach yard next to your own bon fire ring! Watch dolphins and surfers while you BBQ. This is the sand level unit so you are assured unobstructed ocean views and enjoyment!

Slide open the door in the main living area and let the cool beach air flow through the home. You will enjoy relaxed, California-style indoor/outdoor living at this home. Add fabulous views, private deck, WIFI, TV and other amenities to ensure that everyone is comfortable and happy. There are a total of four smart TVs in this home.

This beachfront home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (sleeps 8). There are even two master suites , each with a bathroom and King bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two twin beds and an additional twin sized bed with a twin trundle.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for preparing a nice meal at home, including a Keurig coffee maker, plenty of appliances from crockpots, rice makers to a coffee maker, etc.

There is also a private deck with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ for outside entertaining. As the day closes, enjoy a relaxing evening with family and friends around the fire pit. Imagine making S’mores under the night sky while the sound of the ocean fills the air. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is right here at this beachfront home!

This place is amazing! Steps down to our private yard area. Beds were very comfortable and the home is spacious and has everything you need...including a crock pot and blender and tvs in every bedroom. Plenty of bath and beach towels. There is nothing better than a fire on the beach with your family and friends. Watched the sunset every night from the patio. Saw multitudes of boats, military ships/helicopters, surfers, dolphins and even a seal! Host responded immediately to the few questions that I had.This place is perfect because it's a little distance from the chaos of Oceanside Pier, but close enough that you could walk there for all the restaurants and activity if you wanted. Larry's Beach Club is a block away for some great food and entertainment (karaoke every night and live music every weekend)..we went there several times.Highly recommend this amazing place

We had a good stay. The location was ok. Great view of the ocean but a little off the beaten path. We had to time our walks on the beach to the tide as the water came right up to the rocks unless the tide was out. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know.The unit not very clean (hair on the floor) and quite dated. the lights in the entryway were very dim and not safe. The washing machine and dryer were not in the unit but in the hall. Not a big deal but also not very convenient.No shelves in the fridge.The place was ok but we just did not feel welcome. Would have been nice to have a bundle or two of firewood to start us off, instead we had to drive to several different places to find wood. Host was also not very responsive. Our flight was quite early into San Diego so we messaged the owner when we landed about the possibility of an early check in and never received a response.Would not rent this unit again.Joe

Perfect location for a quick family getaway before the holidays got super busy with other commitments. The view through the big windows from the kitchen/main living area were stunning. We really enjoyed the sandy backyard at the water’s edge, especially in the morning when it was high tide and waves crashed on the rocks below. The fire pit at night was also a big hit. A lovely, peaceful weekend!

The pictures barely due it justice- the house is beautifully appointed and the proximity to the surf was just what we needed to relax and enjoy our visit. Will be booking again!

Like being in someone's beautiful home in a convenient location to the ocean, restaurants, groceries etc. the house was clean and well stocked for household essentials and all of the things to get you going in the morning until you grocery shopped. Quiet surroundings. direct access to fire pit and beach. TV was hard to operate (needed for news!) Highly recommend.

GUYS! This is the place! Don't look anymore for a vacation house in oceanside! You've done found it! This was a slice of heaven. The pictures and description were spot on. It was so peaceful and quiet and CLEAN. I am definitely coming back to this home the next time im in oceanside.

Cookware: There is a need for a large frying pan skillet when cooking for 8. Well stocked overall.

We had a wonderful stay. Wouldn’t highly recommend to all. It exceeded our expectations. Immaculate, beautiful, well appointed, and stocked. The only 4 star was because when I contacted the manager when Unit A was in our our beach area she directed me to address the issue with them or move to their space. I believe she should have contacted them. Chairs not marked. However signage clear in our unit. Manager pleasant and I resolved issue.

Beautiful

The home was beautiful and decor exactly like the photos.The neighborhood was ok just didn't offer much within walking distance. The ocean squirrels were a bit of a nuisance and affected outside time. Looking out at the ocean everyday was breathtaking.

Celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary

The house and location were great. We loved the views and the sounds of the ocean. Hanging around the fire pit playing trivia was a lot of fun. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets. Our miniature poodle had fun watching the many squirrels playing in the sand. Overall it was a great location to spend our 20th wedding anniversary.

Nice place

The house was very nice. Loved hearing the ocean all day. There is no access to the beach which I didn’t realize until we got there. There is a sea wall and at high tide the beach below disappears. The house is clean and equipped. A washer & dryer would be a nice addition but overall a great choice for a weekend get away

Beautiful stay!

Our family loved this beautiful beach home! The views from the house were amazing and we all loved the sandy backyard. We would definitely stay again if we’re back down this way in the future.

Birthday Weekend. Home was nice, pillows need to be replaced. Old and flat. Some bathroom towels smelled like mildew. Need better outdoor carpets to clean sand off your shoes. Need better description of where broom and other supplies are. Overall ok

Cousins Trip

Property was excellent. Clean and just as described. There were 8 of us and everyone had a great time. We had a little trouble with door codes when we arrived, but all were taken care of quickly.
