In the rare event of any issues with the spa or the fire pit amenity, guests are eligible for a refund of the $50 resort fee.
*Kindly note that a refundable security deposit of $250 will be temporarily held as a pre-authorization on your credit card. This pre-authorization is not a charge and will be promptly released, provided no damages are claimed.
*We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the refund process as smooth as possible for you. We use scented detergents and cleaners in our property, so it is not the best fit for individuals with sensitivities or allergies to fragrances.
