Private home directly across the street from Ponce Inlet beach.
where you can walk or ride bikes for miles!!! Beach ramp is two houses down across the street. Beach is spectacular, it is never crowded because there is no public parking close by .If you are looking for a relaxing get away you just found it !!
Private pool with a Screened in lanai. Not a shared pool as in a condo rental...just for you and your friends and family to enjoy.
Quiet neighborhood yet a short drive to Daytona Beach bars and restaurants, and the quaint town of New Smyrna Beach. Three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
King size bed, tv, and private bath in the master bedroom.
Queen bed in one room which has a
TV .Other room has a king size bed no TV.
Outdoor shower off pool patio. Main bathroom
is accessible from pool Lanai as well.

It was one of the best times we spent as a family. The location is PERFECT and the inlet to the ocean was beautiful. We fell in love with the location to the point of purchasing property to have this be a place to make memories for us and our future generations. The house was exactly as described and absolutely worth every minute. The host was so attentive and accommodating. Definitely coming back!

This property was incredible!!!

We stayed for a week for the Daytona 500 and the property was more than we could've dreamed. The bedrooms were so spacious and clean! The pool/deck area was our absolute favorite. The beach access was so close and easy to find. We loved every part of this home/location. Deloris was wonderful leading up to and during our stay. We couldn't have found a better property for our vacation!

It was beautifully decorated and so many amenities. A peaceful walk on the beach or relaxing by the pool ....both amazing. Nice neighborhood and close to so many things. I definitely hope to stay there again💞

Great Location

If you are wanting to stay somewhere that is super close to the beach and away from the crowded hotel areas, this property is perfect. Check In process was was simple and property owner, Dolores, even provided a basket with some snacks etc. and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

We love Ponce Inlet! Great little community with excellent local restaurants and plenty of things to do. This house was perfect for our small group, and Delores was absolutely wonderful to work with.

Our February Florida house!

This is such an amazing place to stay! We stayed for a month. The house and pool area are just amazing! Any and everything you need is at the house. The host is just as amazing .We love Pounce inlet it’s so beautiful! We are coming back to stay next winter!

AWESOME HOME!

My husband I and I really enjoyed our stay the week for July 4th! The house was immaculate, and very well appointed with everything. The Master Bed (King) was so comfy. We really enjoyed the pool. The proximity to beach access was great, only a short walk. Deloris was very helpful! We will be staying again! You will not be disappointed with this rental! Awesome home and Host!

Great Rental

Very well stocked! Due to severe storm damage, the closest beach access was closed. That was a little bit of a bummer, but there was another access a little farther down the road.

Perfect location

This house is in the PERFECT location; just steps from the beach. This is a classical Floridian home with eclectic built ins and spacious living areas. The kitchen is well stocked; which is fantastic because I love to cook. The owner left gift baskets of useful and thoughtful items as well as a starter pack of snacks and coffee. I love how this property includes bikes, boogie boards, beach towels and cleaning supplies. We have paid far more for rentals and they have never been this stocked. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful accommodations

Excellent property, but some things need updating. Low flow showers and lack of hot water were issues. Master bedroom king size bed needs box spring and mattress replacement. Some appliances (toaster, coffee maker, frying pans) need updating. Other than these items the house exceptional.

Sorry you didnt like the bed iwas actually just replaced. HOT water was turned down slightly cause people said water was to hot all you had to do was call me. Coffee pot toaster are all new Sorry they there weren't up to your standards .Everyone that stays is always impressed with my well stocked kitchen.

Relaxing home away from home.

My wife and I went on vacation with her parents that are 86 & 84 years old. This house was perfect for us, there was 1 step to enter the house from the garage, otherwise all on the same level. There was abundant amount of room in the house for gathering. The furniture and the beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for one cook to move around in, as everyone else could sit at the counters and visit. Close / easy walking commute to the beach with quality beach chairs. Delores quickly responded to my one question before I finished my voice message - a very nice home. The pool area was quite large with a lot of sitting area, we had cool weather so the non-heated pool didn't warm up for us. If I return to the area with my family - this is where I will stay. My wife and mother in law said the washer and dryer that is in the garage area, "were amazing":) Thank You.

Home away from Home

We had a 7 night stay and it was awesome!! Owner was extremely accommodating with any questions or concerns. Home was very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Beach was so close and convenient. A/C worked great which was much needed on 95+ degree days coming off the beach. Plenty of hot water for the whole family getting showers after fun in the sun. Publix was right down the road which was nice for picking up necessities. Gas grill was clean and full tank was nice for grilling burgers, dogs and steaks. Liked having the garage to park our compact sedan inside. It really felt like home shortly after arriving, I highly recommend this vacation home just not on the week we will be returning to stay again lol. The Kirkland's are looking forward to staying next year and hope everything is still in the same shape as we left it.

Perfect Home for our family!

Everything was just as expected. The location was perfect for our family. Close enough to the boardwalk for a quick drive but far enough away the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We walked two homes down and across the street to a beautiful beach. The beach never had anymore than 2-3 families. The pool was a lot bigger than other homes in the area. Pools usually look big in pictures and are smaller in person. This pool had plenty of room for my family of six. The outdoor area was very spacious and clean. We loved the alarms on the doors. It eased our minds having small children in an unfamiliar area. There was plenty of space to sit together inside and out. We definitely enjoyed our stay. We won’t even look for another home. We will rent this home again when we come to Daytona.

Beach trip

We had such an amazing time. This was the first time our entire family stayed together on a beach trip and the house had everything we needed. There was so much space and we never felt cramped at all. I loved the layout. The beach was about a 2 to 3 minuet walk and it was so clean and beautiful. We had alot to do and because there was so much to do we didn't get to do it all. The owner was so nice and easy to talk to and worked with us on whatever we needed. You couldn't find better people to rent from. I will definitely recommend this place to people I know. The house came with bikes and that was great, we rode them down the strip every night. It also has beach towels and floats. We also enjoyed what I called the little care package full of goodies left for guest. If you want to have fun and still have a layed back vaction this is the place for you. It felt off the grid, but minuets from everything. Thank you for letting us stay and make so many good memories.

Perfect house in the perfect location

My husband’s family has been coming to the area for 40+ years, but when we outgrew the hotel they had always stayed (sharing a double bed with my husband in the same room as my children was not my idea of ideal vacation accommodations), we started looking for other options. This house 100% fit the bill and was even better than expected. The house itself had so much space- lots of couches, tables and chairs. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need (unlike a previous review stated, we did not find anything to be in desperate need of updating) and the gas grill was awesome for cooking dinners to enjoy on the beautiful patio surrounding the pool. Although it was an older house, it was immaculate, and you can tell the owners care about the property and its upkeep (it seems like the tile floor, carpets and pool have all been updated relatively recently). The pool was amazing- my kids spent hours each day playing (and the adults spent hours just relaxing). There were several very windy days during our stay and the lanai offered a lot of shelter from the wind, unlike uncovered pools where the wind would have made swimming much less enjoyable. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes, and there was never more than a few other groups on that section of the beach. We especially like that the section of the beach nearby is “no drive”, because with young children, it’s one less thing to worry about while on the beach. An amazing property that I would highly recommend!

Great Rental. House was beautiful and the location was amazing. Steps to the private beach. The pool was awesome. Owner was easy to contact and communicate with. We had a great time and plan to come back again.
