The neighborhood is very peaceful with abundant wildlife. Home is surrounded with brooks, and ferns and you may even see some albino deer that live close by.

The neighborhood is located in a cove on the public side of the lake which makes travel very easy by car or boat. It is conveniently located just 1 mile from the Food Lion, Subway, Pizza shop, Dollar store, ABC store and Chinese restaurant. Also minutes from the local cidery, tap house, and Vitos Italian restaurant.

The lake is just a short 12-minute walk away, where you can spend your days swimming, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun. For those who love boating, the boat slips are available on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing you to take your boat out during the day.
