The Space:
The property is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a spacious closet. The living room has a comfortable couch and is equipped with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine for you to use. There is also a washing machine and a separate dryer in the unit. The balcony has an outdoor sofa, perfect for relaxing overlooking the Marina.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 5 people allowed in the house
No music after 10pm
Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before check in - $90 per pet/per day
Smoking prohibited indoors and outdoors - $250 fine
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
