ON THE LAKE in Avon. OUTSTANDING VIEWS of the Beaver Creek Ski Slopes from this IMMACULATE, fully furnished, two story, vaulted ceilings, 3 bed, 2 bath 1400 sq. foot unit located on Nottingham Lake!

WINTER:
Avon is the gateway to world renowned skiing at Beaver Creek Resort. An Avon skier shuttle bus to Beaver Creek Village (Gondola/lift access) can be picked up directly from the condo parking lot (on West Beaver Creek Blvd.) There are also several areas to easily self-park at the base of the mountain (Elk lot). We are also only a short drive (10-12 minutes) from Vail mountain. The unit has a wood burning fireplace and includes 10 logs with each stay to keep things cozy!

SUMMER:
Nottingham Lake serves as the central headquarters for Avon's summer activities in the park. The Town of Avon has partnered with Stand Up Paddle Colorado to offer recreation activities on the lake during the summer months from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. They offer pedal boat rentals, stand up paddle board rentals, and kayak rentals. There is also a large park/playground area for children. The Terrace at the Avon Performance Pavilion offers special events and music performances on Sunday nights by local musicians. Enjoy a spectacular sunset and great music while lounging on your SUP board or paddle boat on Nottingham Lake, the North shore beach or South lawn of the Pavilion. SunsetLIVE! is uniquely Avon and the perfect venue to wind down your weekend, so gather your friends and family, bring a lawn chair, picnic basket and prepare to enjoy a relaxing Rocky Mountain sunset!

This unit is on the bus route to Beaver Creek, Vail and is walking distance to the Avon Recreation center, and Town shops, Restaurants. Cable TV and WI-FI.

We had a great stay and found the apartment to be very comfortable and well-suited for our family ski trip. The location was excellent, making it easy to get to Beaver Creek and enjoy everything the area has to offer.The host was friendly, professional, and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We had a great 2 week stay. Liz was very easy to work with throughout the process. Property is just as nice as depicted. It is ideal for families as there are plenty of activities right out back for young and old, including fenced in green space and a stocked lake for fishing. The kitchen is well stocked and suitable to have dinner at home for 6, and the property is withing walking distance of several very nice restaurants. Location is very accessible to Beaver Creek, Eagle Vali and the Vail Villages. Thank you!

Another great stay!

Returned to Liz’s place for the second year in a row, and it didn’t disappoint! It’s impeccably clean, well equipped, kitchen is stocked, has comfy beds, and location, location, location! And Liz is so great to work with. Can’t wait to come back for a third year! Our 14 year old calls this her happy place. That’s a high compliment from a teen! If you stay in the summer like we do, it can get warm upstairs in the master (no a/c in CO is the norm), but Liz has multiple fans available to help get the air moving. Evenings cool off, so even hot flash/perimenopausal me was able to adjust and sleep. IYKYK.

Summer mountain getaway

3rd time staying at the property, has everything we look for. Great location, many activities nearby to keep us outside (fishing, paddleboard, biking, pickleball) and a very comfortable couch and huge TV for when it's time to rest up. Covered parking and very safe/inviting community.

Perfect

We had a fabulous time and the owner was fantastic on communication and kindness. The condo was a perfect size for our family and felt like we hanging at home while in a gorgeous location. The kids were thrilled with the nearby park and "beach". The place was clean, had everything in the kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, and the best view. This is on our favorites list for the next time we visit.

Great Stay to ski Beaver Creek

We really enjoyed our stay. My family of five stayed here for our spring break ski trip to beaver creek. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and timely. We will definitely return for another stay.

Perfect location

R Family had such a great time staying at this condo. It was a perfect location for us and had enough room for all five of us to stay. The views from the back patio were amazing. It was close to everything we needed. The homeowner was very responsive And helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a great place to stay.

Wonderful location on the lake.

Excellent location in lovely Avon, CO. The condo is spotless and well equipped. Owner was very good about communicating and gave us an earlier check in. The condo has direct access to a lovely lake and recreation area, perfect for walking in the mornings and evenings. Several good places to eat in Avon, with Beaver Creek and Vail a short drive away. This is an excellent rental!

Lovely couple of days in Avon!

This condo was located right by the bike trail as well as a swimming beach. Easy to access, incredibly well equipped and just downright fun! So much to do in the area!

Beautiful property

This property was clean and comfortable. The location on the lake was beautiful and convenient to local businesses. Parking was easy and we appreciated a covered parking space. Liz was a great host and communicated often with us and provided great information about the area.

Showing our German family the Sites of Avon

We had a wonderful time in Avon hiking and site seeing with our German family guests. Our VRBO was great, well equipped kitchen and grill, nicely furnished, and great views. Our host was great and everything went well for our stay. Location was perfect within walking distance to everything we needed. Property was very clean and beds were great. We plan on staying there again.

Home away from home

Our 9 night stay was truly special. We celebrated two family milestones during our stay and Liz’s home was the perfect venue for recreation, relaxation, and respite. The location provides perfect access to biking, walking, swimming, stellar views, and a convenient jumping off spot for all things “Colorado”. We could not have asked for a better stocked kitchen as we made peach cobbler from our hand-picked Palisade peaches. We created many great memories which our family will cherish forever. Wonderful Stay!

The property couldn’t be in a better location. Beautiful view and easy/short access to anything you may need. Liz was super responsive and personable. The condo had everything necessary for our week long stay. Beds are comfy, water pressure is great, kitchen is stocked, and everything was so clean! We hope to be back in the future!
