Bring the whole family to the coolest beach town!

Perfect location to explore by foot or by bike the beaches and towns of Leucadia and Encinitas. You do not need to drive to the beach at this location! Simply pack a bag and walk to either the Grandview or Beacons beach access where you will find beautiful sandy beaches and the best waves in Southern California.
After a great day out on the waves, rinse and rack your boards and then chill in the large private outdoor oasis with multiple hang out options including patio dining for 6, outdoor cooking area (gas and charcoal BBQ), and outdoor lounge with gas fire pit as well as a beautifully landscaped front yard. Inside, enjoy the air conditioned spacious open living area with full kitchen, dining for 6, additional counter eating, and a nice size living room with smart TV. The large master bedroom has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with generous closet space. All beds (king, queen, and two twins) have superior mattresses and luxury sheets for a wonderful night’s rest. Bathrooms are well stocked with high quality products and super soft towels.

Best Family Thanksgiving
We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving to escape the cold. Couldn’t have asked for better weather or setting. The home is well equipped with all of the necessities and in a great location. We didn’t do our research and we’re surprised to discover the proximity to the train track our first night, but in the end we barely noticed it and didn’t miss a wink. Ideally, we would like to be closer to Moonlight Beach. But really could not have asked for a nicer home to spend the holiday and loved walking to shops and dining on 101, morning runs on Neptune, and close walks to the view the sunset on the beach. Thanks!

Beautiful Home Near the Beach
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home in Leucadia. With clean bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a full kitchen, we had everything we needed for our family of four. The outdoor area was great with dining table and fire pit. It’s a nice walk to Grandview surf beach down Jupiter Avenue. It was also a very short drive to family friendly Moonlight beach. The house had chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, which was great. The home is in a nice location with driveway parking. Lots of restaurants nearby and the Just Peachy grocery store has delicious fruit and lots of options to make a quick meal at the house. Easy access to the freeway to go downtown to San Diego attractions or up to Legoland. We look forward to coming back in the future.
