2 Bed 2 Bath in the heart of Midtown. This unit has been newly remodeled! This unit sits in the center of GT University, is 5 min to Atlantic Station, Georgia Aquarium, Downtown and 8 min to Lenox Mall. View the Mercedes Benz Stadium, Historic Mountains and the city skyline from the large windows. At night, light up the electric fireplace to accompany the lights from the city skyline. The apt features: 2 ensuite baths, 2 rooftop pools, a two story fitness center, outdoor fire pits, and grills.

The look of the unit is very chic and modern. Updated appliances and amenities through out. Master bathroom as deep soaking tub and his and her vanities. Master Bedroom has a King Bed. Bathrooms have under cabinet lighting. This smart home has updated tech including NEST thermostat, built in speakers and keyless entry. A washer and Dryer is located in the unit. There's an extra long balcony with access from living room and guest bedroom. Beautiful picturesque decor throughout! A 55 inch TV mounts the living room walls along with an electric fireplace with multiple colors to create the perfect setting. The Unit sits in the center of Atlanta! Major attractions are no more than a short 5 min drive. Enjoy the perfect latte and treats at our favorite cafe located at the entrance of the building.

AMAZING TIME

I booked this condo/penthouse as a surprise for my wife birthday weekend. Check in process was super easy. Communication was amazing as well. The view is breathtaking. Place was super clean. Overall 12 out of 10 recommended. I will be back to book again during the summer.

The place was nice for 2 people but if more needs to be a little more confrontable

It was a wonder place to stay, clean, the view, accessible to everything. The host was available anytime we reached out and very nice It's really great for two people but, for 4 people there needs to be tvs in the bedrooms or better suitable furniture for the living area. (The present furniture is not confrontable at all). I would definitely stay again but for 2 people only 😊

Concert weekend

The location is spot on. Pick up and drop off of the key to condo was a little cumbersome as it is not onsite. Key fob for the garage was missing, so had to pay for parking. The parking was supposed to be comped bu concierge, but there was a random fire alarm on the day of departure and no concierge to be found. Condo amenities were minimal. Had only 3 sets pf towels, when listing says it can sleep 4. As to cleanliness, a random pillowcase was on the balcony. The hallways of the condo smelled of trash at times. It served it's purpose, but would not rebook.

Nice property needs a little

The check in process was a bit different and difficult. Picking up a key 5 blocks away at a store was not the easiest. Parking was not clear of how to get in residence side of parking. This was a very nice and clean upscale rental, great views and you felt very safe at this condo. However it lacked basic cable and only streamed many channels. In a sports town no ESPN really? The refrigerator definitely needed an ice maker. 1 only school ice tray was laughable. Was a toss up between 3 and 4 stars. A few upgrades and minor changes easily a 5 star rental. Tom from Ohio

We stayed here during my daughter’s graduation (May 2023). This updated properly is in a secure location. However, it was NOT cleaned properly. There was dirty soapy water in the kitchen sink when we arrived, a broken glass in main bedroom on the floor, dirty laundry in the clothes hamper in main bedroom closet, dirt & long hair strands in bathroom drawers, bobby pins in one of the toilets, a to-go box was sitting on the outside patio, a shower glass door wasn’t working properly, poor lighting/dim light bulbs in several areas, the king bed frame was uneven, there was only one hand towel, one wash cloth and two bath towels in each bathroom, the tv remote in the living area had no batteries in it, the washer and dryer did not work when we tried to use it but my husband was able to find the breaker box to get it to work, and there were NO kitchen towels, rags, or paper towels in the kitchen during our stay. We had an issue with the parking pass when we picked up the keys - - it blew away and fell into a street grate. If the plastic holder for the parking pass had been made secure to the key chain and not ripped, then this could have been avoided, I am sure. The owner/manager offered to reimburse my parking expenses but I never heard back from her after I told her how much we had spent ($32). This unit could have been a great experience but because it lacked cleanliness and maintenance, we were uncomfortable during our stay as we began to wonder “what we might find next.”

Birthday weekend stay.

Beautiful property, very clean and spacious the views are amazing. The beds were very comfortable. You will not be disappointed. The manager was very attentive and answered whenever I reached out. I will return.

Great location and views

Perfect location, easy check-in process and instructions. Unit was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. The only flaw was the Louis Vuitton decoration kept falling down. I would definitely stay again.
