I would love to stay here again. This is my favorite area to stay downtown right by everything the host response very quickly. The building is clean smells wonderful. The front desk is very polite and generous love this building 10/10

Everything was clean and as advertised. The building staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Urban Stays was quick and friendly answering questions prior to our stay and were very helpful with suggestions on making our trip easier. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the condo itself, the proximity to event spaces, as well as the overall cost. I would absolutely stay with them again.

Great for a short stay! We were able to walk to the main attractions and had a clean comfortable place to land at the end of the day

My son and nephews came in for a Hawks game and i wanted somewhere safe and close for them to stay. From the start, the host was excellent at communicating back - every message was answered within an hour. Unit was clean, comfortable, and very nice. Within 10 min walk to State Farm Arena and bldg only accessible by key fob which added extra layer of security. Definitely would stay again anytime we needed to.Tip: I paid ahead on a parking app for parking at ALoft right next to this bldg and it was perfect in location and car was perfectly fine the next AM. There are homeless people right outside the entrance of the bldg who hounded them for money BUT anyone familiar w Downtown ATL knows that’s everywhere you stay you just have to be prepared. Front desk wasn’t pleasant but after the initial encounter they didn’t have to deal w them anymore so not a big deal.

Had to contact the host upon arrival. The apartment was heavily damaged. Broken balcony door handle, broken front door (had to keep it locked in order to keep door closed), shower door was off the track, huge gouges in kitchen floor, bedroom door was split, heater was damaged, and chair on balcony was broken. Had to contact host and sit around and wait for one of their guys to show up to assess the damage. The guy was of course late! Wasted over half a day of our vacation to have things assessed and minimal things repaired! The rooms were also so tiny could barely fit a bed in them pictures were very deceiving, definitely not worth the cost.

Definitely not my favorite, especially for the price I paid and im guessing because of the festival weekend they charged way more rhan it was worth. The parking garage that we had to use was not in the photos as suggested so it was a hassle finding it. Completely sourounded by addicts and dealers. They were up yelling at all hours of the day and night. Walking into the unit was like walking into a sauna. Luckily found the individual units beside beds amd behind couch which would have been nice to know in the description. Still couldnt get the unit to not feel humid. The toilet would not flush, we were able to het it to work after plunging it multiple times. Theres clearly a small leak from the toilet so the floor was constantly wet which helpwd us determine what the constant mildew smell was. There were no extra bedding options(blankets etc) to make up the couches. The screened in porch was a nice touch and the beds were comfortable enough. I probably wouldnt stay here again unless it was a last resort and the price was dropped.The concierge staff was excellent though

We literally checked out the next day and ask for a refund there was roaches shower glass was off track almost took me out while brushing my teeth whole bathroom faucet came off bed the chairs was cheap hard and uncomfortable we was disappointed people all outside asking for any and everything no tv in the rooms i might be missing some other stuff to but its definitely a never again for me
