Other than paying for parking, great place and great customer service! Parking was roughly 15 per 12hr night. I was mostly out and about so that cut the cost of parking in half. But it’s the city, so I’d expect parking costs.

Clean place. Very easy to get from parking to room. Slept well. There was a minor issue with the parking app and the owner was able to respond quickly and have it resolved.

It was visibly spotless and smelled great when we got there! Great location and very nice accommodations. The only things my husband and I thought was lacking was that there was only one toilet paper roll, so once that ran out, we had to go track down some more. You do have to pay for parking while there, which was probably in the description but I overlooked, so make sure you factor that into your budget. Absolutely everything else was perfect. Great space and extremely helpful and friendly host. Would definitely stay there again!

Aside from a minor technical difficulty in the beginning, we had a very pleasant stay. Dyamond was very attentive and quick to respond when needed. The cleanliness of the property and how convenient it is to everything was really great!

Place was pictured as such. Everything was smooth from check-in to check out. There was minor hiccup that occurred overnight with our door locking us out due to a going dead battery. But as long as it's charged up, you should have no problems. Never visited roof top/pool because we were busy with other things. We did have to go buy things like extra toilet paper/paper towels. Very close proximity to nice restaurants and downtown. Other than the lock situation, I'll book again. (Once my host seen there was an emergency, she communicated with me through the entire process and outside that as well.)

The place was clean and it was incredibly easy to get in. The sinks water pressure was a little low, but the shower was excellent. Great location and in walking distance to a few majors bars and restaurants.

Let me start by saying that communication with Dyamond was excellent. Responses were fast and helpful for check in and access. The apartment is also in a good location to access west campus of Georgia Tech. That said, I’m only giving this place 3 stars for a couple of reasons. The apartment wasn’t super clean and had only the bare bones of what I would look for (2 towels, 2 washcloths, few plates, etc), curtains that don’t block out the light, etc. The biggest thing for me is the apartment security. The apartment is on the first floor with a door that opens outwards directly on to a busy street. We were only there one night and didn’t cook or anything so it was fine but I won’t stay there again.
