Grape Expectations is in the Heart of Historic Downtown Hermann. One block from the night life. Our 5 bedroom house, 2 bathroom can accommodate 12 guests. Hermann trolley will pick you up right outside the door, and take you to the wineries or whatever you have planned for the day in town. Two miles from the Katy trail if you are checking out the beautiful riding trails we have, or just coming into town to get away and checking out our hometown shops just around the corner.

Love this house! The location is amazing, check-in process couldn’t be easier and the property manager responded to my questions in less than 1 minute! We will stay here again!

The house is in the heart of Hermann with some things within walking distance. Honestly we didn't have any issues and the one question we had was answered promptly with Kelly driving over to help answer! Customer service doesn't get any better than that! We have no regrets with this rental and would book again in the future!

The location of the Grape Expectations Guest Haus was perfect! We loved the large spaces and bedrooms! There were a few things that need fixed that I told the manager. I would also suggest extra towels, washcloths, and toilet paper with larger groups such as ours. We had to buy more toilet paper and reuse towels/washcloths 3 days. Overall, the house was perfect for our large group! Thank you for the stay!

This is our second time staying at the house. It has all of the accommodations our group needs. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials, plenty of hot water for our group of 10 and the fireplace was a wonderful touch on the chilly rainy night. Walking distance to most all of the great shops but the trolly will pick you up right at the front door.

Perfect location, can walk everywhere.

Beautiful space with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a great location, we didn't need the car except to get to a few wineries outside of town. The bedrooms are large and beds comfortable, we also enjoyed just sitting on the front porch in the morning. We're looking forward to staying again!

The house was in a great location in Hermann. All the shops were close by and the trolley drop us off right at the side of the house. The house was beautiful inside and fix our needs perfectly!

Best VRBO we have stayed in

From the cleanliness to the location to the snacks coffee ,water and Soda. Our group of 4 adult couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and upon returning there was lefty room to hang out and talk. Only complaint was the front bed by door mattress was extremely firm . Everything else was perfect.Talking about a return visit during warmer weather so we can enjoy the fire pit outside. The Gas fireplace was wonderful and we enjoyed having wine by the fire at the end of the day.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Had to search for towels there were none upstairs. We did find them in the clothes basket as we were cleaning up to leave. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly.

Excellent location and awesome host!

This was a perfect place for the 10 of us. We were very comfortable! The location is perfect and we were in walking distance of all of the area shops and restaurants. In fact, the trolley picked us up in front of the house to start our wine tour day! Last thing, the host decked out the kitchen with snacks, coffee with multiple flavors, water and even had soda for us in the fridge. We will be back for sure!
