Feel comfortable in this cozy house that features original hardwood floors and the most comfortable queen beds available. Reminisce here because this is just like visiting grandma's house. The backyard is fenced in and features a fire pit, covered back porch with a propane grill & outside table, chairs. The living room contains a roku TV, window AC, bath with tub & shower. There is a computer desk & chair to work at, washer & dryer in kitchen. While it is located on the main road in Heath, it is quiet and comfortable inside. Conveniently located minutes from industrial parks, I-70, Buckeye Lake, National Trails Raceway, Boeing, Legend Valley concert venue. Buckeye Lake Winterfest is only four miles away. If bringing one pet, it must be no larger than 25 lbs and feces disposed of in dumpster immediately (so kids may also enjoy the yard). The $50 pet fee must be paid before at booking . Add the pet by clicking under the number of guests coming. Smoking is only outside, please use butt can in back.

Great pet friendly property. House was clean and comfortable. Backyard was fully fenced and clean. Location was very convenient and close to all amenities.Barb was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will recommend to friends and family and definitely stay again if we return to the area.

We came to Ohio for the Colombus zoo and The Wilds so it was a perfect locations. I think it needs a little love but was adequate for our needs. The pots and pans need replacing and the oven needs a cleaning. Everything else was good. Street noise was loud but if you put the AC on it drowns it out. Has a smart tv so was able to watch my You tube TV account. Has a nice back porch but was too cold to sit out while we were there. Beds were comfortable and good shower pressure. The one thing that was not good was within 20 minutes of us being there a roach crawled over the counter which made us unhappy. We went to the grocery store and got roach spray and sprayed all the perimeters in all the rooms. Good news was we did not see anymore so hopefully for the owners it was a rogue roach! Again it was adequate for what we needed. I wouldn’t let that deter.

We are glad you enjoyed your visit. Thank you for letting us know about the oven, pots and pans so we can correct that. I know the bug you saw does look like a roach but I assure you it is a palmetto bug. We have been flooded with them the last few years. They love wood and trees and whenever a door opens they fly into the house. Unfortunately when they land and crawl, they do look just like a roach. We continue to spray and treat the outside to get rid of them, but they always returned. We still have the home treated by pest control every month to prevent this but one always gets inside occasionally.

Conveniently located

Was super close to all restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of room for us 4 adults.The mechanic behind the house is great also, helped us out when our vehicle died.

Nice big fenced in yard

The property definitely has a grandma feel and neat pieces of decorations around the house. The fenced in backyard was nice since I have dogs.

Unfortunately u trashed our place . We had to block availability for a day in order to have time to clean your mess . We hauled a truck load of garbage from the dumpster that u filled up . And , garbage that u left in the house . U first said u had 1 dog. You showed up with 2 . U did not clean the dogs waste from the yard. U also did not clean the dog waste from inside of the house . You also ruined the pillows o our sofa which is only 1 year old .When u first got here u had 3 vehicles in the driveway. The 3rd vehicle was a big moving truck . U unloaded who knows how much trash from it . It's by far the worst condition any guest has ever left out home in . I hope next people don't have to go through the same thing. U are definitely not welcome back ...... Mike , The home owner.

Just Like Grandma's

I felt like I was transported in time back to my own grandma's house. It was fun to see the albums and the posters and photos on the walls. The beds were very comfortable and the the hosts were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Nice little house. Did have an old smell but very quaint. Back steps could use some care Beds where very comfortable but if you want to sleep in don't take the front bedroom. Would definitely stay again. Loved the back porch.

I'm sorry that you had an entire 2 bdrm house with complete kitchen & laundry for the price less than one hotel room & our cleaner didn't leave enough toilet paper - but if you had called the cell number there, I would have fixed the problem then instead of waiting to complain on a review.

Time warp to your own grandma’s house with this little gem. Thoughtful touches throughout including multiple charging stands, bedside table/stand for each person on each bed. Kurieg was nice - lots of condiments and spices. One bath isn’t my favorite but it was large enough. Overall this is a nice little house that’s not very walkable, and the road noise is largely drowned out by the window a/C units. Some shampoo/conditioner/bodywash were provided. Would recommend this property for dog owners-lovely fenced on yard. Back porch with umbrella was very nice to sit and watch the storms. Kitchen is well appointed if not very modern.

It was precisely a visit to Grandma’s house. From the back porch deck with new gas grill to the eclectic mix of cooking utensils and plates and glassware. Really enjoyed the display case with interesting objects and the wall art. We never found the tv controller to get local channels but did not need or want it. Not exactly a destination, but serves well as a good place to rest and recharge during multi day events in the Columbus area.
