Summary:
The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants.
The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running.

The Space:
Guest can use the deck and patio furniture to relax outside. They can also use the grill. The main house is also an Airbnb.

Guest Access:
You can come and go as you please you have your own entrance. Located at the front door is a push button key pad.
To light up the key pad touch the bottom left corner and then put your code in. Please let the lock open all the way before
opening the door. You should receive your code with the check in instructions 48 hours before check in. If you don't receive
them please let me know.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood. Park is at the end of the street. Ballfields are close. The greenway runs in front of the house.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy yourself relax and enjoy Davidson and the surrounding areas.

We only had a chance to stay in the suite for 12hrs. We arrived at 7pm on a Sunday and left Monday morning at 7am. We arrived too late to see anything in Davidson, which was a bummer and why I chose this location, but we hit weather on our drive in from Florida. So we ordered delivery, watched a little of the World Cup (we married our phone to the TV otherwise you have to log into your own accounts to watch TV, which we didn't want to do for such a short trip), and went to bed. The first impression of the home is that the area is nice. A park was nearby to walk our pups. The stairs leading up to the apartment seemed like they could use some work. Wood is breaking off so be careful not to trip on your way up or down. Upon entering into the apartment, it was nice and cool as the air conditioning was on, which was great on a warm day. The home overall looks like the photos. The bathroom is small, but we only needed it to wash our faces and brush our teeth. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom when I initially opened the door, but seemed to dissipate while there. It appears to be an older home in that it looks well used. It was perfect for our short stay, but I do feel for anything longer than a weekend, it would feel cramped and we wouldn't have everything we needed to make it work. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was a nice size. The furniture was comfortable too! We appreciated that our pups were welcome!Mike, our host, was great!

Location location location

Great location for solitude and site seeing. Best of both worlds from this place. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to lots of things to see and great places to eat. Highly recommend !

Birth of 5th Grandchild

Always a perfect place for our visits to the Davidson area. This is our second stay here and we will continue to utilize this property on future visits. Conveniently located, always clean and comfortable and Mike is always quick to respond and reach out.

We were visiting with family in the same neighborhood, so this location was perfect for my wife and I to land at night. Was as advertised, great communication with Mike, very clean, and the A/C worked great! (The outside temperature was in the upper 90’s while we were there). Highly recommend this host!

Stayed here for two nights when we came to watch the wildcats play ! It was a great location and great place to stay ! Only down fall was the bed was a little hard , but we loved it and a great studio for a weekend trip!

Great weekend getaway!

This unit was very clean and had everything we could need. We just stayed for a night to go to a concert in Charlotte - it’s about a 25/30 minute drive to downtown and PNC pavilion (different directions) but it was a great location. Very safe, very clean, extremely easy check in and check out process
