Home is surrounded by private 20 wooded acres. Huge yard with plenty of parking for vehicles, boats and gear. This house has 2 bedrooms. One with 1 full size bed and 1 futon. Second one has 3 full size beds and 2 deluxe air mattresses if needed. This is fully equipped with a fish cleaning table, dishes, pots and pans, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Full bathroom with shower, soap, shampoo and towels provided. TV. Outside table and chairs. Firepit with tripod grill. Located 1/2 mile from Frank's Great Outdoors and 1 1/2 miles from Linwood Beach Marina.

It was a great place. The grandkids loved playing in the big yard and watching the baby bunnies. It was very clean, comfortable and loved the shower. I would definitely recommend and go here again. Beds were comfortable.

Clean and cozy for a week of exploring Michigan with my family. Responsive to communication and very accommodating. Loved the fire pit and grill.

Nice weekend trip. Wedding, beautiful. Fishing, it turned cold when we got here. Many different birds at the feeders, even a turkey came to visit!

Gary’s place is just as awesome as he is!

Couldn’t find a better place to stay. Honestly hate writing this review because I want this place to myself when I am in town! Gary is a class act and the place is perfect!

Clean and spacious

Gary was very accommodating for our stay. This is a perfect space for those who live to fish with quick access to Linwood Beach Marina's boat launch. I would most certainly stay here again.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a bass tournament. We had four trucks with boats, plenty of parking with outlets outside to charge the boats at night. Very clean and even though we didn’t have any problems Gary was very easy to get a hold of with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we’re in town.

Very good communication with Gary the host. Cabin was clean with everything needes for fishing. Owner was very friendly and helped put us on fish.

Perfect location

Less than 2 miles to Linwood Beach Marina. Gigantic yard. Fish cleaning area. Ample freezer space. Perfect for a fishing trip.

Wedding getaway

We came to the area for a wedding. The owner of the property Gary was very accommodating in all of our needs. The one issue we had with the property he was very prompt on getting resolved and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anybody that wants a peaceful getaway.

Very nice owner. He was readily available to help with anything. Only problem is he can't get internet out there because it's so secluded. But I guess that's part of the purpose of being in the woods.

Best 4th vacation yet

Definetly bigger than it looked in the pictures. Gary was amazing. Great communication, and punctuation. Extremely clean. Everything you could ever need was supplied. Beautiful property. It was perfectly sandwiched between Pinconning(5min) and Bay City (18min). Made for the perfect 4th of July weekend. Phenomenal fireworks display in bay city. Cheese, beaches, and fireworks makes for the best holiday weekend! Already checking the calendar to stay again. Thanks Gary!

Family Fun and Fishing adventures!

First I have to say Gary was an amazing host. Before arriving I had spike with gary and mentioned we were going up there for some fishing! On the day up we actually received a call from Gary to inform us that the weather had changed and it was looking like a rain out. He offered for us to rebook as he felt bad we were not going to get ti fish. We were already over half way there or we kay have taken him up on his offer! While there Gary was very friendly and also went above and beyond any host I've ever stayed with to make sure my family and I were happy. Also he wanted us to catch some fish. Gary did what he felt was right and our last day there let's just say we got to fish !! Gary putting us kn to local spots to visit and fish as he has a inside hand on the lakes there!! He was able to point us in the right direction! Gary pictures will be sent to you soon! Over all this rental this host was one of the best experiences if not the best I've ever had. Gary made me feel like I was family or at least a really good friend. My family and I look forward to going out staying there again with slightly better weather next time and absolutely slaying the fish! Gary thank you for everything you did for us and allowing my family to come out and stay! We had a blast and slot of fun! The property is beautiful. Being able to sit outside make a fire and run around in a huge yard/field made it even more fun! As we were able to play some games in the yard as well!! If your looking or thinking of renting JUST DO IT!! You wont regret renting from Gary!! Again we will talk soon Gary and thank you for you hospitality and just being a Great person that's understanding and willing and wanting to see others have a good time. I can honestly say I'll BE BACK FOR SURE IF YOU'LL HAVE US!!

Great Getaway

We had a small bachelorette party where we went tubing down a local river. There was plenty of space outside for parking, yard games and a fire pit . Inside was exactly as described, very clean and fit our group perfectly. The hosts were friendly and helpful! I would recommend staying here!

Great cottage

Gary was excellent to communicate with. Property was as advertised and even better. The cottage was beautiful, and was immaculately clean. Had tonnes of towels, beddings, etc., made the stay very comfortable. Had fun sitting around the fire pit. Bay City State Park was less than 15 minutes away, which has an awesome beach. Best weekend vacation that we’ve taken in a long time, thanks again Gary.

Perfect quiet get away

We loved how secluded the property is, lots of wildlife and beautiful property. Wood was provided which was very nice! Clean nice and quiet. Husband and I enjoyed a full weekend with fires in the evening and watching the stars. We would love to stay again!

Gary was very communicative and helpful prior to, and during our stay. Very friendly and welcoming. The home is VERY neat and clean, has just the right amenities. Not sure if it had wifi. It may have been available but we didn't see anything posted. I would certainly stay here again, and hope to.

Fishing/Golfing Trip

This property is absolutely amazing! Beautiful home and a huge well kept lush grass yard. The host was a pleasure and very welcoming. Only a 3 mile drive to the Linwood boat launch and very close options for golf. Only a couple minutes down the road from Northwoods store in Pinconning. I 100% recommend this property. We look forward to our next stay here!
