Barn House with Inside Boat Parking

Stay only 5 miles from Saginaw Bay and be able to park your boat and truck inside. This barn/house is 48’ deep with a 14’ tall door and can easily accommodate boats of all sizes. Enjoy the quite patio and fire pit to enjoy when not on the water.

Centrally located on Saginaw Bay only 5 min drive to Linwood beach marina. Currently there are 2 twin beds, queen bed, and sofa sleeper but cots are available if needed, and air mattress air welcomed. Working to add more bedrooms for future group needs.

Awesome place to stay

It was an excellent experience garage holds 2 boats so you don't have to cover them every night and a very cozy living area.

Awesome house for anyone going fishing in that area we fished a bass tournament at the Saginaw river and it worked out perfect you could pull boats right in the garage if you want it and we fit three boats and three trucks in the driveway with plenty of space to spare House was super clean and perfect for a few you guys to bunk up and fish

Had a great stay in Linwood. Close to the marina for fishing and will definitely be back. Nate was extremely helpful and prompt when messaging back and forth.

The main reason we chose this place to stay is so we would be close to Saginaw Bay and the indoor storage for the boat. I was very pleased to find that the barn was big enough to back the 19 foot boat and truck inside without having to un-hook.We will be looking forward to staying again.The host ,Nate, was also helpful in giving us a general area to try for fish. That information was spot on,Thanks Nate !

The property was as listed very close to Bay. We parked the boat in the barn and didn't have to cover, it was very convenient.

Fishing trip

This property was very accommodating and Nate was great to work with. I was able to park my boat inside the barn so it was out of the weather each night so nothing was able to freeze up. House was very clean with lots of amenities incase you forget anything. We will definitely be back!

Ultimate fishing spot

Selfishly I would like to not leave a review, so that this place would be available anytime we wanted to go back. That would not be fare to Nate the host, or the other fisherman looking for a place to stay near Linwood. This is the PERFECT setup for anyone with a boat! I was able to back my truck and boat inside every night. The living quarters were clean and well done. The location was quiet and close to LBM. We will be back often.
