Clean beautiful 7-bedroom. No expense was spared in making this the ultimate getaway for families and large groups of up to 21 people! The location offers privacy and convenience, 25 minutes from our major canyons, Utah Jazz games, Airport, USANA, and downtown Salt Lake! Trax station within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping. It has a large open family room and kitchen, fireplace, full gym, sauna, game room, Xbox, 7 largeTV’s. Private backyard, hot tub and gas firepit.

If you would like to bring a pet please read the "PETS" portion at the end of this section "The Space."

When you walk in to the space you will instantly feel at home in the open and airy kitchen and living room.. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need, Dinnerware, Pots and Pans, Baking Dishes, Blender, Mixer, Waffle Maker, Food Processor, Rice Cooker, Crockpot, Glasses, Cups, Wine Glasses, Tea Kettle, Kuerig Coffee and Basic Coffee maker. Double ovens. Coffee and Cocoa Bar with all the fixings. Everything you'd need to make home-made meals, and the table seats 8-10, plus 4 chairs at the bar. There is a half bath off of the kitchen.

The living room has a big, comfortable sectional with a large TV. Netflix, peacock, Hulu and Amazon prime are included so you can watch your favorite shows. A Large sectional sofa, Massage chair and gas fireplace for a relaxing stay.

A Big home office with monitor and printer. This room can be closed off for privacy if you need to work.

Relax away a long day in the hot tub or sit by the gas firepit. Private backyard for the kids and dogs to play.

The master bedroom includes a king bed and large TV, walk-in closet, and a Garden Tub with separate shower.

In the lower level you'll find 2 more large bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath.

The lower level has a full gym, treadmill, Rowing Machine, cycle, and TRX Suspension training equipment a sauna with a large TV to enjoy your shows while you workout. A Game room with couch and loveseat and additional TV with an Xbox and game pass, Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Poker table, Chess and checkers table, 2person style basketball arcade game.


The laundry room is on the main level with a free washer and dryer, Ironing essentials and laundry soaps and softeners provided.

In the upper level there are 3 more bedrooms with queen beds. The 4th bedroom on this level has been set up to sleep 6. There are 3 single beds with trundles and a TV. This is a great area for all the kids to sleep and play but can also accommodate adults.

There is garage parking for 2 vehicles and additional parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway.



PETS:
In order to provide an excellent experience to all of our guests we do allow responsible dog owners to bring well trained dogs during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $20/night for each dog will be assessed. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWERD ON FURNITURE AND BEDS. You must declare your pet upon booking, and pay the pet fee.

Quiet Neighborhood within walking distance of Trax train station and buses. Close to West Jordan Park that has a great playground, Rec Center and Pool.

PETS:
In order to provide an excellent experience to all of our guests we do allow responsible dog owners to bring well trained dogs (up to 2) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $20/night for one dog or $30/night for two dogs will be assessed. You must declare your pet upon booking, and pay the pet fee before check-in, or we will not be able to allow you to stay. The pet fee will be paid via a request through Airbnb which we will send you.
There will be a $20 per night fee for pets. I will send you a request after you have booked that will need to be paid before check in.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that the use of the workout equipment and hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the gym equipment and hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using gym equipment, Sauna and hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers using gym equipment, Sauna and hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using gym equipment, Sauna and hot tubs if a person has health risks, or if a person using gym equipment, Sauna and hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using gym equipment, Sauna and hot tub. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
