This Cozy 3,400 sq ft home in Cottonwood Heights is your home away from home. It is located on a very quiet and private street. This remodeled home features
5-bedrooms (3 King, 1 Queen, and 2-Twins), 4 full-bathrooms. It has a bright and fully stocked kitchen/dining room upstairs with an extra full kitchen with lots of extras downstairs. Enjoy two cozy living rooms (with smart TV's), and a fully stocked laundry room. It also includes a pack-n-play and high chair for little ones.
Parking is made easy with a 2-car garage to keep your vehicles warm and snow-free in the winter, and nice and cool in the summer, plus 2 extra off street parking on the side of the driveway.
Whether youâre relaxing or exploring, this is a home youâll love, it was set up for groups and families to enjoy!
This home is full of convenience both inside and out. With quick access to Utahâs most popular destinations you can pretty much be anywhere within 5-35 minutes. Iâll never forget the day we drove to this house. The mountains were breath taking. The neighborhood is quiet and sweet. Being so close to the Canyons, major freeways, shops, and delicious food I just canât get enough of Cottonwood Heights.
