Cette villa de luxe spacieuse et lumineuse, achevée en 2014, est située dans le quartier résidentiel populaire de Los Mojones à Puerto del Carmen. A seulement 15 minutes à pied du vieux port.
Leur architecture moderne avec de grandes portes vitrées permet d'accéder au grand espace extérieur confortable avec un espace barbecue, un bain à remous et une piscine privée et chauffée depuis presque toutes les chambres. Ici, vous pourrez vous détendre sur les meubles en bois confortables et profiter du soleil.
La villa dispose de 4 chambres, deux avec lits doubles et salles de bains privées, toutes avec air conditionné. Il y a un total de 3 salles de bain. Toutes les chambres sont sur un seul étage.
Le grand salon avec cuisine intégrée, coin repas et coin TV confortable vous invite à la détente.
La villa offre tout le confort, du WIFI à la télévision par satellite et une cuisine entièrement équipée, toutes les commodités telles que lave-linge, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle sont disponibles. Les plus jeunes pourront profiter de la console Wii.
Le service comprend également un changement hebdomadaire des serviettes et du linge de lit.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic Villa in a quiet part of town but only a short walk to shops and restaurants. The villa was exactly as in the pictures and was perfect for our family stay.

Excellent apartment

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The rooms are all a really good size, with a huge kitchen/dining/living room area. The outside space was great - the pool is a good size and the hot tub a really great addition. Melanie came to meet us at the apartment when we arrived and we were able to check in a bit earlier, which was excellent. We were also able to pay a bit extra to have a later check out, which let us enjoy our last day fully. Would definitely recommend this place. A cleaner came halfway through our week to change towels and bedding, which was unexpected but really great as well. The only small negative - the pool table didn’t have a full set of balls and they kept getting stuck in the mechanism, so we couldn’t play. But it’s a minor thing and very easy to fix I’m sure :) We would definitely return and thank you very much for having us

October half term 2024

This villa is immaculately clean and very well presented. Pool and hot tub are excellent (although pool is a little small for length swimming). Terrace is spacious and we spent a lot of time on the pool table!!! All the bathrooms are lovely with lots of hot water and brilliant showers. Sunbeds were the most comfy we have ever had! My one disappointment was the lack of a welcome pack. I have stayed in villas all around the world and have always been given a simple welcome pack on arrival - just simple like water, milk, tea, coffee and often a bottle of local wine, bread and butter, etc. not a big thing but this is quite an expensive villa so did expect. Location wise, a nice quiet area -10 minutes walk downhill to SuperDino supermarket which is excellent and continue another 10 to the old town/habour. Very steep walk uphill to get back home! There are taxis but not always at the ranks so we generally walked. Lots of great restaurants- we ate lots of fish, steaks, paella etc but also plenty of stuff like pizzas, pasta, Mexican for the kids. Prices are great in PDC which was a nice surprise. If you have older kids try the Karting - great fun! Overall a lovely place to stay - a little bit out of town for us as we chose not to rent a car.

This villa was perfect for us. Our group included two young children and the layout was great. The pool, hot tub and the bonus of the pool table made spending our days there a dream!

wunderschönen Villa, super freundliche Betreuung

Das Anwesen ist noch schöner als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Im Garten sieht man hinten auf dem Bild den Grill. Der steht nun jedoch rechts und an seiner Stelle steht dort der Jacuzzi. Nicht im Bild ist der Billardtisch. Das Meer sieht man zwar vom Haus aus nicht, dafür aber herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Seine Musik kann man draußen über eingebaute Lautsprecher hören, der Vermieter brachte uns extra dafür noch ein Kabel damit wir vom Telefon die Musik über die Anlage hören können. Vielen Dank nochmal! Auch als uns zu viel Reiniger im Jacuzzi war wurde innerhalb von 1h das Wasser abgelassen und neu gemacht. Vielen Dank - wirklich excellente Betreuung. Ansonsten war einfach alles toll und ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Danke - wir kommen wieder.

Absolutely wonderful villa

We loved this villa. It looked almost brand new when we arrived and was spotlessly clean. The cleaners also came several times during our stay. We used the pool and hot tub every day, even in December. The wifi worked all the time, even with lots of us using it at the same time. The location is great, as it is quiet but close enough to shops and restaurants and other resorts. It is very close to the airport too and so ideal if you have a late flight and arrive in the dark. Some members of our group were happy to spend whole days at the villa because it is such a pleasant environment to be in. If were to go back to Lanzarote I would definitely go back to this villa.
