La Villa Azure est une grande propriété avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, piscine privée chauffée, WiFi, table de billard et Jaccuzi.

Lorsque vous entrez, un escalier vous mènera à la porte d'entrée de la villa. Une fois à l'intérieur, vous entrez dans un grand espace à partir duquel vous trouverez une chambre d'un côté, une cuisine et une salle à manger de l'autre. Directement en face de vous, un escalier incurvé vous mène à un grand espace ouvert en bas.





L'espace:

La Villa Azure est une grande propriété avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, piscine privée chauffée, WiFi, table de billard et Jaccuzi.

Lorsque vous entrez, un escalier vous mènera à la porte d'entrée de la villa. Une fois à l'intérieur, vous entrez dans un grand espace à partir duquel vous trouverez une chambre d'un côté, une cuisine et une salle à manger de l'autre. Directement en face de vous, un escalier incurvé vous mène à un grand espace ouvert en bas.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous avez deux chambres doubles à gauche, une avec une salle de bain attenante. Les chambres ont des armoires encastrées et la climatisation. A ce niveau du rez-de-chaussée il y a aussi des toilettes avec lavabo.

En passant les escaliers, vous vous dirigez vers la cuisine. La cuisine est une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils intégrés. Sur le côté de la cuisine se trouve une buanderie couverte, avec lave-linge et une zone de séchage.

La salle à manger est une grande pièce avec des portes-fenêtres sur toute la longueur du mur, celles-ci s'ouvrent sur un balcon donnant sur la piscine. Cela vous donne une vue imprenable sur la mer, Los Lobos et Fuerteventura. En regardant l'horizon vers la droite, vous avez une vue imprenable sur les célèbres plages de Papagayo. Ce balcon mène à une terrasse plus grande qui descend vers la zone de barbecue intégré avec un évier extérieur parfait pour les repas en plein air tout en profitant du plus fabuleux des couchers de soleil sur la mer.

À l'intérieur de la villa, en descendant, vous entrez dans un espace ouvert composé d'un salon avec des canapés en cuir, une table basse et une télévision. Sur le côté des canapés, il y a la salle à manger avec 6 chaises à dossier haut.

Le reste de l'espace ouvert est utilisé à bon escient comme salle de jeux. Composé d'une table de billard et d’autres jeux pour votre divertissement. Les grands espaces muraux sont ornés de photos soigneusement sélectionnées qui complètent la villa. De grandes portes-fenêtres mènent à la terrasse et à la piscine. Le salon est climatisé. A ce niveau, il y a deux chambres et une salle de bain, la salle de bain comprend une baignoire et une douche jacuzzi séparée, un bidet, des toilettes et un lavabo. Le lavabo est en marbre.

Les deux chambres ont des lits jumeaux, avec des armoires encastrées et des tables de chevet, l'une des chambres à lits jumeaux est équipée de la climatisation pour vous donner une température ambiante toute l'année.

Dehors, il y a une piscine avec un chauffage d'appoint électrique. Séparé de la piscine est un jacuzzi sur la grande terrasse.

Il y a des chaises longues à utiliser autour de la piscine pour les amoureux du soleil.

Fantastic villa!

A great clean, spacious villa that has everything you need! Outdoor seating spaces, bbq, pool & hot tub excellently done - fantastic! The kitchen a little dark so not ideal if you want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen!

Lovely Villa made for a great holiday

The facilities are great and everything is to hand. Everything is accessible and comfortable and nearby shop and taxi rank make getting around very straightforward. The owners are friendly and very helpful and we had a lovely break. The pool is heavily chlorinated, that is something to be aware of, and the sun umbrellas need to be replaced.

Great villa.

Great villa. Large inside with large TV, pool table and table football. Kitchen well equipped. Outside - pool lovely but jacuzzi is to die for !!! 20 mins to sandy beach, blue clear water, bars and restaurants. Living room air con not being coin operated. In such a classy villa - wasn’t expected.

Lovely Villa would recommend if you are ok with steps.

The villa is really good, couple of minor issues were resolved quickly via a simple text message. Whilst perfect for my family its worth noting the villa is on 3 levels so could be challenging for those who cant handle steps easily.

Lovely holiday

Had a lovely holiday in villa azure. Great size accommodation in good location. Lovely soft beds which is rare abroad also comfortable sun beds Lovely an clean credit to the cleaner. Would of been nice to of had a change of towels and bedding half way through our stay. Needs a few more smaller bowel for the oven an few wine glasses. Also another parasol as one of them where broken.

Villa Azure

The villa is spacious and set on two levels and the kitchen is well equipped. The outside area with swimmimg pool and hot tub is well furnished with an L shaped settee and small table and nearer the villa there is a dining and bbq area. The villa does get hot and we were glad of the a/c which is an additional cost (as is the hot tub). We vert much enjoyed our 10 days with 2 young children.

Fantastic holiday, great accommodation and location.

The outside area were fantastic. We lived outside and liked the different spaces. The spa was great, loved using it. The villa was very spacious with good facilities. The location was also good, nice and peaceful but not far from amenities. Transport around playa blanca was so easy, plenty of buses, taxis and scooters to easily get around. Jayne and Jason were also so helpful, thank you to you both. The villa needs more wine glasses and sharper knives, if we want to be picky (didn't stop me drinking wine though ️). Kitchen lighting could be improved.

Another fabulous vosit

The villa had been well maintained. As usual the management team were very helpful and keen to ensure that we had a great stay. We have booked for the fourth year despite having decided we ought to go somewhere else next year because once we’d arrived, it was such a great place to be. Thank you to all the he team. The downstairs shower leaks onto the bathroom floor which makes it difficult to keep clean.

Lovely villa but a little dated

Spacious with everything you need for a family home from home villa. Good communication when we had some issues. Some areas of the Villa were a little dated and didnt work very well. Wardrobes, pool table could be updated or new cues, more cleaning products to keep villa clean throughout a stay, you cant use downstairs air con without it tripping pool heating. More communications of instructions of things such as paying for air con prior to arrival.

Fifth fabulous visit

The accommodation is excellent. Very spacious and has everything needed to make a very relaxing holiday possible. The outside area is well developed and allowed everyone to enjoy sunbathing without feeling squashed. Thank you for looking after us so well again! The pool liner is ready for an upgrade. In the corners furthest from the steps it no longer cleans up white but remains yellow and dust sticks to it. A simpler fix, the lights round the pool are on from sunrise but off at sunset - been like it for two years and would never be reported as it never spoils a holiday but worth switching.

Fourth fantastic visit

Great that this villa is constantly updated. Once we had worked out how the new hob worked, we appreciated the update. Jacuzzi had been updated too. Loved the football table. Hours of fun. Loved the new poolside towels Great all round service from the VillasNow team as always. A great villa that we rebooked for the fifth year in a row whilst we were there. Only one parasol was an issue when it was exceptionally hot. The downstairs bathroom shower leaks out of the cubicle meaning the bath mats get absolutely sodden. This would be the nextif possible in our opinion.

Fabulous holiday - rebooked

The layout of the villa is fabulous and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outdoor eating space and pool table very much. Taxis to resort were only €3. The friendly management team were very helpful and worked hard to overcome our initial significant problems and to support us throughout our stay. The pool maintenance was done twice a week by a very friendly and efficient guy. A really great stay. We rebooked! Replace the hot tub cover - it drops plastic in constantly which breaks into tiny bits which don’t come out with the net. If there is a power cut the hot tub needs to be reset or it is cold. Providing a dust pan and brush for use inside would be really helpful. A guide explaining how the cooker, hot tub, tv etc work would be helpful and reduce calls to the management team perhaps.

Fabulous property

Location, location, location. Spotlessly clean, property is as represented in photos etc. Bottle of wine, beer and water in fridge a nice touch, but see areas of improvement for basics. Would recommend, but please address the improvement areas, will take rating from good to excellent, with little cost! Folks you have a fabulous property, but the penny pinching ruined it for us. One roll of loo paper in each toilet for a party of 7 for a week, really! One dishwasher tablet and one washing machine tablet, you were aware that two children under the age of four was in the group. One of your colleagues, Jayne called on the Sunday while we were out and kindly left a card. There were two issues that needed to be dealt with, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the child safety gate at the bottom of the stairs. We contacted her by WhatsApp regarding same and had no response by the time we left the property on Saturday......disappointing!

A great stay and what we hoped for

All aspects of the property matched our expectations. Generally, very clean and tidy. Before our arrival, the property management team were very responsive to questions and during our stay the few minor issues we had were promptly dealt with. For example, there was a problem with an air conditioning unit but that was quickly responded to by the agent. The pool and outside facilities were excellent. The pool was always of a great temperature and not overly cold at all. The villa was very well kitted out to a high standard inside and out with quality furnishings and fittings. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. We only had a few minor concerns. One of the matresses was too soft and soiled on both sides. Pillows in other rooms were not as clean as they could have been, due to lack of pillow protectors. One of the mattresses had a plastic cover sheet which could make for less than a comfortable sleep. Other details that could readily be addressed. For example, the wardrobes were a bit dusty on the inside. WiFi signal was weak in some areas and we had to move to an alternative space sometimes to get an adequate signal. It would also have been useful to have been advised in advance on how to set the alarm on first entering the villa. We only had access to details when we had accessed the villa but the alarm had already been triggered. Towel rails (or hooks on doors) in the bathrooms would have been handy. We really enjoyed our time staying at this villa.

Beautiful home from

We had a family visit to Villa Azure in Sept 2022. 6 adults and 1 teen. The villa was lovely and clean and well equipped. The cleaners had been early when our flight was changed which was so helpful. The villa was spacious and the pool area was great. Lots of sun all day But also so shady areas. Plenty of Sun loungers, all in good condition and the addition of pool towels that fitted straight onto the cushions was a bonus. Hot tub was lovely, we had a few pre-breakfast dips. The bedrooms all had aircon as did the downstairs lounge area. A lot of small details were well thought out. In the cupboard drawers were found tape measures, spare bulbs, travel plugs and even some WD40 so you can see that the owners really do want you to feel at home. We had lots of great evenings out on the terrace playing card games and water volleyball tournaments in the pool. What a beautiful place to spend time together, relax and just enjoy ourselves. The info tablet in the kitchen was great too. Overall we very much enjoyed it and we will definitely book again! The kitchen and the upstairs were very hot indeed. There was a fan in the kitchen but it was not bearable to be in there at all. Aircon should be considered upstairs in the gallery/dining/kitchen area. Kitchen was small with no airflow. We could not get the job to stay on, despite reading the instructions. I note that someone else mentioned this in the visitors book so it’s either not working or some simpler instructions are required - maybe a step by step laminated how to guide would help. Be careful of the bed in the master en-suite upstairs - the frame is deceptively larger than the bed and I’m afraid that both my husband and I have come away with significant bruises and a cut from catching our legs on the corners. The water temp in all showers could be a bit more consistent as it changes from hot to cold and vice Versa while you’re in there.

Overall this is a great Villa in a great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants/bars with a taxi rank straight outside. The bedrooms were nicely apportioned and the downstairs living space with its pool and football table are a fantastic space. The wrap around outside area is fab and works really well as split levels. The balcony area is great for eating lunch or dinner and the poolside area has ample loungers, chairs day bed etc. The heated pool fun for all the family. However, the Villa is looking a little tired in places with some plaster coming off the walls and heavy wall marks - decoration throughout is probably overdue. The kitchen is too small with limited workspace. The fridge leaked and door shelves are broken. The dishwasher didn’t actually clean anything so we gave up and washed up by hand. The Villa was missing a few everyday essentials as a starter pack. No toilet roll being the biggest and most noticeable inconvenience and the towels, in particular the pool towels had seen better days.The hot tub was eventually a great addition though unusable for the first few days as it was filthy - this was sorted halfway through our trip. The wall side pool lighting worked intermittently. Did any of the negative points ruin our holiday - nope, it is just without them we could have had an even better time and for the money I would have expected slightly more.

Ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz.

Wir waren Anfang Februar 10 Tage in diesem Haus. Man hat einen schönen Blick bis auf´s Meer und nach Fuerteventura rüber. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Schlüssel in einem Schlüsselkasten hinterlegt - also kein Warten, bis man in das Haus hinein kann. Anfangs hatten wir ein kleines Stromproblem, das vom Vermieter wirklich schnell behoben wurde. Ansonsten ist es ein schönes Haus. Die Badezimmer sind zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sie waren sauber und gut nutzbar. An kühleren Abenden haben wir den Billardtisch und den Fußballkicker gut nutzen können. Bei voller Belegung könnte allerdings das Küchenequipment knapp werden. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size.

It was so spacious and had everything we needed for our relaxing week away in Jan..even the weather was good mostly Lovely outdoor facilities plenty of seating everywhere and well equipped kitchen. The pool wasn't heated.. it certainly didn't feel like it also the outside pool lights only worked one evening for some reason. Maybe separate the large room downstairs as it is very echoy especially when the pool table is being used so sleeping is disturbed...or swap the areas for tv and games etc... l'm being picky I guess. Overall great value and property and a lovely relaxing holiday.

Nice property, clean and tidy. Small problem with the electrics but quickly responded to by the agent and their maintenance staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Holiday

Villa was excellent for our family get together. It was in a quiet location but only a 15 minute walk away from the main restaurants and bars along the front. Rooms were spacious and the villa had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The pool area was lovely and the hot tub was a big hit with the whole family. Even though we had some really windy days we were able to use the pool every day as it was well protected by the boundary walls. Bathrooms could do an upgrade and the cushions on the outdoor seating area by the pool need replacing as they are ripped so are soaking up the rain water and could not be used during our stay.
