The search stops here! Wonderful 3 bedroom home in Uptown with an amazing backyard that is close to everything Albuquerque has to offer. After a long day of exploring you can grill some food at the outdoor kitchen and then relax in the hot tub. New putting green just added! TV's with high speed internet so you can stream your favorite shows or hook up your gaming system. Refrigerated air and gas burning fireplace. Tons of outdoor living in both the front and back of the home. ***NO PARTIES ALLOWED. PLEASE NO SMOKERS. Any events or smoking will result in an automatic $500 fine.

HOT TUB DISCLOSURE
Please take into consideration that the hot tub is available year round. The cover must be unclipped at all sides and utilize the cover removal assist bar to lift open. Please keep your eyes on children. Do not sit in the hot tub for more than 30 minutes at a time. When booking this property, you agree to the following: GUESTS USE THE HOT TUB AT THEIR OWN RISK AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.

Our stay was exceptional everything you need to relax. The house is very cozy and beds are comfortable. The back yard is so relaxing. And the place is so close to everything. Host was awesome answered every question I had and when I emailed got back to you quickly. I can’t wait to stay there again.

This property is really amazing! It is spacious, comfortable, clean, and has SO many extras which made our stay extra special. The kitchen is well-equipped, and very clean as were the bathrooms.The front yard is private and comfortable for hanging out, and the back is spectacular!The back includes a hot tub, putting green, covered grill area, and a large screen monitor!!Communication with Don and Carolyn was easy, and they were always prompt, responsive, and helpful. Sparkling detailed home

Something for everyone

This property is great. The backyard with hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and even a putting green is something for everyone. We were visiting family and have dinner outside was really relaxing since the kids could eat dinner and watch a big screen tv outdoors.

Great Home

Communications prior to arrival were great. They knew we would be in later in the evening and left lights on. Getting into the home was just as explained. House was very clean, well stocked and family ready. The outside area was utilized every day. Great area for the family to enjoy. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a few days over Spring Break to visit our son in college. The home was perfect for our needs. The cameras mentioned in other comments are still there. They didnt bother us but we had a guest over and they were a little concerend. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

Great amenities and convenient to everything

My family stayed at this house over the Christmas holiday and it was lovely and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The hot tub and cornhole were our favorite parts of the house. The house is very close to a highway, but we noticed no noise or extra traffic. The hosts were easy to reach and provided lots of info and recommendations that made our stay easy.

We had a great time at the house

Great home away from home!

Very clean home! It really is as amazing as the pictures show. My husband was super impressed with quality of doors/locks- so often rentals have builders grade items, and these met his high standards and helped us feel secure. The kitchen is well stocked (we didn't cook as often as usual because the local food was just too good to pass up!). It was nice to have spices and some oils on hand! The outdoor games were fun- we even got our adult kids to play! For being close to the highway, it was so quiet. We didn't get to enjoy the grill, hot tub, or fire pit table, but still liked sitting out back. The only things I can suggest: 1. When requesting the deposit, put how much and exactly where it needs to go in one email. I know I sounded like a lost guest, but with trying to tie things up at work/home before heading out that would have been a great convenience to just have that in writing in one spot! 2. Providing a small cooler would be a great addition for being able to pack water/snacks in the 100 degree weather. We managed, and it's nitpicky, but something we would have appreciated and used. We would defintitely rent again- it met all of our needs and felt like a vacation within our vacation!

I liked the house a bunch. It made our stay in Albuquerque vary enjoyable. The best part of the house was the backyard, that is where spent most of our time. I am not a fan of the constant surveillance with the cameras but I understand you have to protect your investment. Thank you

Wonderful Stay

The outside patio area was so nice, we ate out there and cooked burgers. Hot tub another plus, outside chairs very comfortable. Would have liked to have seen more seating area in living room and table in kitchen only seats four. Other than that everything was very good, highly recommend it.

Property was all it appeared to be. Excellent location to everything you would want or need. Neighborhood was not busy with traffic and was very surreal. Both patios were extremely comfortable however the hot tub and outdoor fireplace were our favorites. The outdoor kitchen was a great touch but we didn't get to use it. Would definitely recommend, house was very comfortable and we were not crowded at all. You will not be disappointed in this property.
