This luxury Penthouse at One Ski Hill Place offers 180 degree breathtaking views towards Town and Slopes and allows you to experience all of Breckenridge, year-round! Located at the base of Peak 8, this ski in/ski out unit provides easy access to the ski-lifts, or jump on the gondola and ride into Downtown Breckenridge (The gondola is closed May - Mid June).

My family had a great time! The condo was very nice and the location was perfect! The non-skiers were able to stand in the living room or on the balcony and see the rest of us coming down the slopes and getting on to the lift! The amenities of the resort were amazing as well. Would definitely stay here again!

5/5 location. Amenities were awful. Three tiny shampoos for 5 people for 5 days. Scratchy towels. No robes. Completely unhelpful at check in. Outsourced to AI. Requested days early for early check in only to not even let us in at 4:00. Had to wait until 4:20pm to even get in to the parking lot. No where to wait or get out of the car. 4 is already aggressively late with a 10:00am check out. AI spam texts reminding us we’re checking out the first morning we got there. Get a different management company. Pool doesn’t exist. It’s a baby splash pool. Very shallow for the one and the other is smaller than my personal pool at home by a mile. It’s about 12ft Lima bean shape and shallow. Pics make it look awesome. Fun for littles but just know what to expect. Breck views may just not be as great as others. You look into the other hotel from one side and onto the main hill from the other Meh not magical.

We’re glad you enjoyed the location, as One Ski Hill Place offers direct access to the gondola and many shared resort amenities. For future guests, we’d like to clarify a few details. Our check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM, which is clearly listed prior to booking and allows our housekeeping team adequate time to prepare the home for incoming guests, especially during back-to-back reservations. Access information was provided shortly after 4 PM once the unit was ready. This home is part of One Ski Hill Place, and all amenities (including the pools, bowling alley, fitness center, and spa facilities) are shared resort amenities managed by the building. Photos and descriptions of these amenities are provided on the listing so guests know what to expect. Robes are not included with this particular unit, and the starter toiletries provided are intended to help guests settle in upon arrival. We always strive to provide clear communication and a smooth stay for our guests and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points for future visitors considering this home.

Breck Fall Stay

Great location and excellent floor plan. Well cared for and meticulously decorated and stocked. We loved the views of the Fall colors and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and bowling daily. The coffee table and extra chairs were missing (assumed out for repair or being replaced), which made hanging out in the living room a little cumbersome. No one wanted to leave!

And free, on-demand transportation around town - 2 great size patios & face Grand Colorado - living room windows face peak 8 & my kids loved watching SnowCat groomers each night -entry has full bath (shower) - bunk room has twin over double - basically two master bedrooms (smaller one has connected patio, king bed & en suite shower. Master bdrm #2 is larger w/soaking tub & separate shower that features a steamer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and views. Kitchen organization was a mess and made it really hard to cook. The mgmt company said they would do an inventory after we left so hopefully they got it under control. Also the oven had electrical problems - it kept freezing up and I’d have to throw the breaker and reset to get the oven to turn back on. This happened 4-5 times over the the hour it took to cook a lasagna.
