One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

The condo was clean with a nice view of the water. It was only a short walk to the beach. When we ran into a difficulty with the clothes dryer the response from maintenance was quick.

Overall property was great and we would stay there again! Could not beat the location and the views. House was clean but wasn’t as spotless as other properties we’ve stayed in. Washer and dryer is a combo machine and it did not dry clothing even if they were in there for 2 hours, so we just hung them up to dry. Kitchen is very limited on utensils and cookware but doable for small meals. They were very easy to communicate with and helped us with check in when we couldn’t find the property upon a late night arrival after dark. Some beach supplies provided but limited.

Amazing stay. Had some issues with the washer but seems to be due to sand from people washing things without rinsing them. Otherwise everything was perfect and the views and access to both sunset and sunrise spots is perfect.

Excellent condo. Has everything you need for a great stay (beach chairs, cooler etc); staff were very proactive and welcoming. New washer/dryer all in one, very clean with a nice ocean view. Really enjoyed the location…. Easy walk to Poipu beach and about 25 min walk to shipwreck.Would easily come back to this place for our next visit to Kauai!

Lovely place to stay

Great location. Loved eating breakfast on the patio with a view of the ocean. Only complaint is the dryer's temperature control was broken with the only option being max heat.

Nice Condo in Poipu

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The balcony has comfy bar-height table and chairs where we ate our breakfast eat morning and watched the ocean and listened to birds. The beds were very comfy and the shower was great. We liked the location close to several great swimming, body-surfing, snorkeling beaches.

We enjoy the Nihi Kai and are repeat visitors. The location near Poipu beach is fantastic, walking distance to beaches, parks and restaurants. Check in and communication was seamless through their new texting system. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Wonderful Property

The Parrish Property was perfect for our family's stay and just as advertised. We especially liked the relaxed atmosphere, and the view of the ocean was outstanding. Having A/C was a huge benefit as the temps approached 90 degrees during the day and humidity was high. This is property definitely checks all of the boxes!

Good vacation on Kauai

We had a very nice time at this home near Poipu. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset and the short walk to the beach. Although a bit dated, the home is comfortable and quiet. Communications with the property managers was timely, helpful, and kind.
