The host was very available to us
always answering our texts immediately. The power even went out in the area & they gave us an emergency number. We called it & they were already on top of it & able to let us know what happened & what was being done. Power came back on about 45 minutes later. Great communication by the host.

Amazing condo, great location, fantastic amenities

We came on a girls trip with my two daughters and it was honestly better than expected. The photos don’t do it Justice. First, there is newer, nicer furniture than they photos show. A lot more spacious and has a closet full of incredible beach chairs, boogie board.

Fantastic Stay Near Poipu Beach

This property was perfect for our first visit to Kauai. The walking path to Brenneckes and Poipu Beach was convenient, and the unit came equipped with chairs, some snorkels, and a wagon that we used to walk down and swim with fish and sea turtles. While the unit had some boogie boards available, they were either broken or too small for us to use. A pleasant surprise was the updated couch, which was different from the one shown in the pictures. The bathtub was great for relaxing, and the pools and hot tubs were very close by. However, we struggled to get the access key for the third pool to work. Additionally, be cautious with the towel holder on the right sink in the master bathroom, as it is loose. The standout feature of this unit was the communication from the host. I texted them multiple times during our trip, and they were incredibly responsive. It truly felt like we had a host who cared about making our experience enjoyable. We spoke to several people who mentioned that they always stay at the Regency at Poipu when they visit Kauai, and I completely understand why. We gave it a 10/10!

Girls Trip

We had a great time!! A great location and the condo, pools, and hottubs were outstanding. Some of the beach items for use were broken and the dishwasher didn't work very well. We still very much enjoyed our stay!!

Kauai Poipu 2023

It was our first trip to Kauai. Since I've visited the other Hawaiian islands numerous times I wanted to stay on each side of Kauai during our stay. This allowed us to get the full experience from each unique zone. We loved the Poipu location & condo!

Nice stay

Conveniently located in Poipu and walkable to beaches for play, sunrise, sunset. Adequate kitchen utensils etc. I tend to like to cook and bake so that was not sufficient, but we got by. With air conditioning and ceiling fans outside noise is not as apparent. Small pool but good enough. Overall was a comfortable condo.

We had a great stay. The unit was very comfortable and the location was perfect.

Short walk to the beach. You can walk to watch the sunrise and the sunset. I was a little worried about the comments about noise from upstairs unit. There was some but not anything that prevented us from getting a good nights rest. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed even nice wine glasses.

Just okay

The property was okay but the owners should really consider removing the bunk beds, they are very wobbly and the top bunk is way too close to the fan to use it while a child sleeps up there. 1 queen and a twin would be a better fit for the room. No beach toys available which is unusual. The upstairs neighbors walked very loudly until 2am on our final night keeping us awake, ear plugs didn’t help with the sound. Not sure how to prevent that but I was amazed how much walking someone could do. The towels could all use a bit of bleach added to the wash, they all smelled musty even after washing. They only give you enough detergent for 1 load of laundry per day so prepare to buy more especially if you wash towels etc
 a couple more pods would have been nice. Overall the property was clean and located close to things but we probably won’t pick this property again.

Conveniently located on Kauai's south side. Shopping and restaurants near by. Less busy than Lihue, which we preferred. Communication with CBIP Vacations was excellent prior to check-in, for check-in, and when questions arose during our stay.

Sweet Home away from Home

The property was amazing! Best area to be in Poipu! Close to everything! The central air made my trip! It work perfectly. Bedrooms were comfy, kitchen was big and had everything you need to cook in! Full fridge! Big enough to store for 11 day stay! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the owners for sharing their home!

Wonderful condo!

We had a great stay in this condo. We were very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen is - all kinds of dishes, pots, pans, small appliances... even some spices and seasonings. The condo also has many books, games, and a few puzzles that kept our kids occupied. The central AC was great in the hot, humid August weather. Very nice location, just an easy 15 minute walk to Poipu Beach in one direction and to the Hyatt/Shipwreck Beach in the other. The grounds were nice as well, and we enjoyed the two pools. We'd definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Poipu!

Perfect Getaway

The accommodations are absolutely wonderful. Clean, updated, quiet, first floor (although the second floor can be only slightly heard). Can no see the beach but the walk is about 10 minutes and not difficult. Poipu is beautiful, quiet, convenient to all the island, exactly what a couple/family needs for a peaceful vacation to refresh and gather with discreet time together. Absolutely will return!
