The location was great. The house was very clean. The amenities were great from the towels for the hot tub to the well-equipped kitchen. We were a party of 10 and we ate most of our meals because it was comfortable, fun and easy to accommodate all the cooks in the kitchen. We did Elevation Everest, lots of Downhill MTB and hikes. If we ever come back to Winter Park, we will surely stay here again. I forgot my Dyson hairdryer and I’m sure Bob is shipping it back to me now.

Wonderful property in great location. Winter park is easily accessible by foot and the property was very clean and everything worked great. Communication with owner was simple and very quick.

Just What We WantedThis condo is in an attractive and well-maintained complex just off the main street of the heart of downtown Winter Park where there is lots to do - summer festivals and good restaurants. Plenty of privacy and gathering space, but note it is quite vertical, i.e. lots of steps to the different levels. Wow, we guessed every appliance was brand new (and high end). With a well-stocked kitchen full of nice things to use like at home we really enjoyed the place. Bob, our host, had a delightful welcome basket waiting for us and wrote back right away with answers to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at this Winter Park condo! The property was exactly as advertised clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The layout worked perfectly for our group, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.One of the best features was the location. Getting to and from the Winter Park Jazz Festival was incredibly easy and convenient, making it simple to enjoy the festivities without worrying about a long commute or parking hassles.Unfortunately, our schedule was so full with festival activities that we didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the hot tub, but it looked inviting and would be a great amenity for anyone with a little more downtime.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Winter Park, especially for the Jazz Festival. We would happily stay here again!

This was a clean, well-located condominium. My family really enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful location. We were walking distance from so many downtown businesses. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation. Everything was clean and exactly as promised.

Everything in the advertisement of this beautiful townhouse was accurate. I’d even say it was better than the pictures and its description. Clean, spacious, comfortable well maintained. Perfect location! The host/owner was attentive and communicative with me during the arrangement, booking through check-in and checkout. Every one in our party enjoyed the experience. Thank you Bob!

Very nice and large townhome for our group of 8 adults. Easy walk to the Lift bus stop that brings you to Winter Park Resort for skiing. The kitchen was fantastic and we prepared breakfast and dinner each day. The dining table was large. The hot tub was great. The host was very responsive to messages and solved our few minor problems promptly. All in all an excellent VRBO experience.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The location was perfect, close to the ski resort, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and the hot was amazing! Everything was thoughtfully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Winter Park!
