A large, level backyard is unique to most lake properties and provides a great spot for a game of horseshows. Swim stairs lead you into 2.5 feet deep water and gradually 5-7 feet deep. Nice swim area with tie downs and bumpers for your boat right in front of the house!

The home is located on a quiet cove just outside the main channel. The cove is a "slow" zone for boats and provides a safe environment for swimming and paddleboarding.

The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals, with a charcoal grill in BBQ is more your style. The dining table can seat up to 8 people, with 4 additional barstools at the kitchen island. Patio dining table provides an outdoor option.

The home also has a large sunken den, bonus space (upstairs), wet bar and guest laundry. The main bedroom with ensuite bath is on the main floor (King bed). 3 more bedrooms are located upstairs (2 Kings and Queen. An all-seasons room is located off two of the upstairs bedrooms, with a great view of the lake. )- 2 with a beautiful lake view! Another full bath and a loft area with a sleeper sofa are also upstairs.

A 2-car garage and 2 additional parking spaces provide parking for four vehicles.

2 miles from Harp's grocery and McDonalds, 3.1 Miles from mini-golf and family park. 15 min from downtown and Oaklawn.

4 Paddle-boards provided at NO additional charge, horseshoes and board games provided for entertainment at the home.

The lake does have an annual drawdown from November-Mid March
