Perfect location directly on the lake but only a mile off popular Central Ave. Newly renovated, 3200 square foot home, with 147 feet of lake frontage with a swimming dock and private boat ramp. There are also 3 kayaks for guest use. Large spacious rooms with two living areas, including a pool table, modern kitchen appliances, and large washer and dryer to accommodate families. We are in the PERFECT location; right in the middle of town close to everything; yet uniquely private. We are located 5 miles from the famous historic downtown area and only 3.5 miles from Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino.

Our home features 4 bedrooms. Located on the bottom floor (walk-in level) is the gameroom area, with pool table, wet bar, 65” flat screen TV, refrigerator, laundry room, and a large bedroom with a 50" flatscreen TV. The bottom level bedroom has a king bed and 2 XL twin sized beds with large attached bathroom with walk-in shower. This bedroom also has private outside entry with views of Lake Hamilton. Upstairs features the main living area with 65" flatscreen TV, open concept kitchen, attached outside balcony with great views of lake, dining room that seats 6 with kitchen bar that seats 4, spacious well-stocked kitchen. Please note, that the gas logs in living room are not operational at this time. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs bedroom #1 has a king sized bed with attached bathroom with shower. Upstairs bedroom #2 has a king bed and upstairs bedroom #3 has a queen bed. There is a bathroom in hall with shower/tub combo.

Our awesome outdoor entertainment area is right on edge of lake and has ample seating with TV and a great firepit area with wood provided.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a VERY STEEP driveway that leads to the back of the house where parking area is located and also leads to private boat ramp. Practice extra caution during the winter months.

*Please let us know if you will be bringing a boat ahead of time so we can make sure to accommodate you and give you additional details for our private boat dock. And know we have a VERY STEEP driveway- I would not suggest pulling a boat down the driveway without at first walking down and assessing the layout.

*Lake Hamilton lowers 3-6 feet every year in November-March. During these times you will still have expansive views of the water which is very rare, however the dock will be inaccessible by boat.

*We are pet friendly! We just ask that they are well-behaved, well groomed, house trained, and treated with flea and tick prevention.

*Also please note the main living area with kitchen and dining is upstairs. You will have to walk up a flight of stairs to access this area. This may be a deterrent for those physically challenged.

*We have security cameras located outside of the front and back doors of our home.
