⹠No Amplified Music/Noise: Sorry, the city of Palm Springs has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay. The property includes a noise monitoring system in order to ensure noise limits are respected. This is not a recording device, and there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the pool nor interior of the house.
⹠No Pets: We love furry friends, but this property is not pet friendly. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged. Service animals are welcome with corresponding documentation.
âą No Smoking: All of our properties have a no smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine.Â
âą Occupancy Limits: Please respect overnight occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.
