Bright and beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view. Fenced in back yard with covered outdoor space with lots of seating and a dining area. Propane and charcoal grills available. Small swing-set Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with basic amenities. A started kit of toiletries and kitchen essentials is provided. Free WiFi and cable included. Central air and heating for your comfort. This apartment is located in the middle of Seneca lake and Cayuga lake wine trails. Quiet country setting.

Very well equiped kitchen, even stocked with ready to eat staples! The whole place was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. One of the best places we have ever stayed!

I wish we could give more than 5 stars!! We were welcomed into this beautiful apartment with a stocked kitchen, nice decor and a host who was readily available if needed. We travel quite a bit and this by far is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. It is a great home base for our your Finger Lake exploration with its amazing location. Thank you to our host for provided us with a home away from home.

Every time we come to Ithaca, we will attempt to stay here. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable, spacious. The hosts have gone over and beyond to equip the apartment with good quality, thoughtful items. We felt like we were coming home every time we went to the apartment. All toiletries, bedding and towels were available. Apartment was kept nice and cool for us when we arrived. Hosts communicate promptly. Check in and check out was super simple. We didn’t have young kids but it is very young kid friendly. We didn’t use the fenced in space since we were busy but there is a nice outdoors fenced in space for visitors use. I mean I could keep on going. We were blown away!!

Great place for visiting the state parks

This place was very clean and organized. As others have noted, it is also well stocked. My kids were happy to see various snacks that were made available. We did not utilize the outdoor space but would have loved to, had we stayed longer. The bed was a little softer than I would have liked, but everything else was wonderful.

Perfect spot for exploring the Finger Lakes

We had a wonderful stay in Newfield. Conveniently located to Ithaca and many waterfalls. The kitchen was well stocked with thoughtful extras like snacks for the kids. The beds were comfy and everything went smoothly. Would happily stay again!

This was the perfect stay for a long swim meet weekend in Ithaca. Easy drive to the college and a nice quiet stay outside of the city. The apartment was clean and stocked with so many essentials. My girls loved the bunkers and all the games available. I would defiantly stay again!

Lovely place

We went to the Ithaca area to hike Watkins Glen state park, Buttermilk state park, and Robert Treman State park. This apartment was a great location to all those places . The apartment was well stocked with coffee, snacks, towels, and even a dozen eggs in the frig. Easy to find along beautiful scenery!

Great Experience

The property is close to Ithaca and numerous state park sites. The host had great communication and offered several food items, which made traveling with kids so much easier! The layout of the space made traveling with a mix of adults and children easy. Would highly recommended!

Lovely home away from home

This was a wonderful home away from home. I was so pleasantly surprised. All the comforts of home and then some. I have never seen a rental stocked with so much food. The manager/owner thought of everything that a guest might need. Clean, well decorated, comfortable. I could not have asked for better. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 20 minutes from Ithaca College. If you’re looking for a place to stay look no further.

Picking up from college

This was our 3rd stay. It's just outside Ithaca, within 15 minutes of both colleges. Quiet country setting. Will return again if available in August for move back in.

Wonderful, quiet getaway in quaint apartment

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my dog. I arrived later in the evening than I anticipated and Mary messaged me to say she had left the lights on which was super helpful in the dark. It was so quiet, comfortable, and she provided snacks and condiments! I wish I could've stayed longer, it was a great homebase after hiking around at the different state parks (which were so close!). It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you!

An adorable, well-appointed apartment outside Ithaca

Spent a long weekend in the apartment to go hiking in the nearby parks. Apartment was clean, well-appointed, and easy to access. Hosts couldn't have been more responsive or easier to deal with. Highly recommend!
